A Practical Study On Improving Neighborhood Relations Through Group Work ——A Case Study Of Q Community In H City

Since ancient times,the relationship between neighbors has had a significant impact on the stability of a community and the harmony of the whole society,and scholars have never stopped discussing and studying it.Since the beginning of the reform and opening up,the market economy has also developed greatly in an unprecedented way,which has brought different impacts on all aspects of people's social life style.The neighborhood relationship from the past close,harmonious gradually developed into indifference,alienation.The change of time does not change the desire of neighbors to communicate and interact.If neighbors are friendly and help each other,people will have a more peaceful environment for their life,work and study,their quality of life and happiness will be improved,and the society will be more stable and harmonious.Thanks to the continuous development of the social work profession,social workers can provide professional services and use the professional group method to improve the relationship between indifferent and alienated neighbors.In this paper,Q community in H City is taken as the research object.In order to achieve the goal of this study,the neighborhood relationship in Q community is firstly collected through questionnaires and household interviews to understand the status quo of neighborhood relationship in this community.Combined with the existing research results and careful analysis,the cause of affecting the harmonious neighborhood relationship is deeply explored,from the perspective of social work professional to explore ways to solve the neighborhood alienation,indifference.It is found that the development of continuous group work creates opportunities and bonds for the interaction and communication between neighbors in the neighborhood,and the interaction between neighbors becomes frequent.Activists and community backbones emerge in the group process,which are cultivated and incubated into community autonomous organizations with the help of social workers.Formed a stable group of people who are willing to increase interaction and communication with their neighbors by continuing to carryout activities.The innovation of this paper is to use four months internship time,close to Q community residents to get along with,respect is described and research scholars,adjust measures to local conditions,design accord with the actual situation of the Q community solid team work,experience on team activities,listening to residents advice before activities,residents receive feedback after the activity,Timely adjustment,improvement and reflection on the activity design will focus on the feelings of community residents.At the same time,observing the activities at all times,paying attention to excavating community activists and backbone,guiding the cultivation,incubation and activities of community autonomous organizations,giving play to their subjective initiative,and promoting Q community to form a long-term mechanism that is willing to carry out neighborhood interaction continuously.
