Under the basis of interview to the people who work in the community, the author analyses the run effect and the main body relation current situation that community service supplies in case, have made objective valuation out together. By the analysis, the author draws the inclusion of the current situation that community service supplies: the pattern of the community serves supplying has the diversification and the alterability; the community administration system such as neighborhood committee is not adapted to the development of the community serves, the community service providing have already appeared to diversify order and producing many centers. But we can also see that, the west public service similar to serving a field in the community market does not appeared and it is difficult to reach a collective consumption unit being able to get in touch with to some productive establishments degree. Also the administration inclination in community service is grave. Under this difficult position, the author resolves the problems in two ways:One is to strong the strength of the main body in the service supply and formed the accurate market mechanism working together. Two is to structure the interactive platform under the polycentric order.
