Since the 21 st century,the research on physical education teaching model has gradually attracted the attention of the majority of scholars.With the intervention of relevant research on the effectiveness of teaching practice,people gradually realize that only by changing the fixed teaching model to dynamic teaching practice can effective physical education be realized.Therefore,this paper takes the junior middle school physical education teaching mode as the research object,constructs an integrated,operational and practical physical education teaching mode,namely,junior middle school physical education teacher rotation teaching mode,and puts forward reference and Suggestions for the optimization of physical education.This article USES the literature material method,expert interview method,survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the relevant teaching mode research status quo and building materials for cognitive again,from theory basis,model meaning,the guiding ideology,teaching aim,program structure,method system,and many other aspects to build the model.This teaching mode is the same exercise unit teaching of the same teaching class.Several physical education teachers with different abilities and special projects teach in a phased gradient teaching mode according to the unit structure.Then,the teacher rotation teaching mode was applied to the actual teaching.A nine-week teaching experiment was conducted in two classes of the second grade of the third middle school in yantai,shandong province.Physical quality,motor skills and learning interest were tested before and after the experiment and compared with the traditional teaching mode.Conclusions:1.The theoretical value of studying the rotation teaching mode lies in :(1)it is conducive to enriching and strengthening the experimental research theory of physical education teaching mode in primary and secondary schools in China;(2)it is helpful to improve the classification of physical education teaching mode;(3)it is conducive to enriching the theoretical system of physical education teaching and research.2.The practical value of studying the rotation teaching mode lies in :(1)it can stimulate the enthusiasm of physical education teachers and improve the efficiency of teaching and research;(2)help PE teachers with different levels and specialties to get familiar with and master various PE teaching materials and modes,so as to improve their PE teaching ability;(3)improve the prestige of physical education teachers,stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and improve the effectiveness of physical education;(4)to improve the objectivity and scientificity of student evaluation;(5)it is conducive to the balance of teaching force and guarantee the fairness of education;(6)it is beneficial to stimulate the competition consciousness and ability of physical education teachers,cultivate the cooperative spirit and ability of physical education teachers,and improve their sense of responsibility.3.The connotation of rotation teaching mode is as follows: the same exercise unit teaching of the same teaching class is carried out by several physical education teachers with different abilities and specialties in a phased gradient teaching mode according to the unit structure.4.The program structure in the construction elements of rotation teaching mode mainly includes five aspects :(1)construction of rotation group;(2)design and discuss teaching methods of each unit of textbooks in half a semester among team members,and determine the undertakers of teaching tasks in each stage;(3)the team members should take turns in class according to the class schedule.After class,they should communicate the problems encountered in class with the team members in a timely manner,let the team members know their learning situation clearly,and help the next team member to timely respond to the measures to be taken in the next class;(4)teaching steps;(5)timely feedback and summary shall be made after the completion of each unit.5.The empirical research results of rotation teaching model show that this model is beneficial to the cultivation of students' interest and emotion in sports,but it has no significant effect on the improvement of students' sports skills as compared with the traditional model.The results of teachers' interviews show that the model is effective in improving the teaching material analysis ability,language expression ability and teaching ability of PE teachers.On this basis,the following Suggestions are proposed for the follow-up research:1,the correct application of junior middle school physical education teachers rotation teaching model;2.Do a good job in linking course contents;3.Reasonably arrange the teaching sequence of physical education teachers;4.Increase the number of teachers and improve the teaching level.
