The"National Long-term Education Reform and Development Program?2010-2020?"clearly proposes the use of information methods for teaching services and promotes the development of students'abilities in all aspects.With the continuous development of education informatization,the popularity of mobile learning and online learning has brought classroom learning from a static trend to a dynamic one.In recent years,the level of physical health of adolescents has continued to decline.Traditional physical education cannot satisfy the training of junior high school students'physical fitness and ability.Therefore,the application of flipping classroom teaching mode to physical education teaching is the necessity to adapt to the teaching reform in the new era.The flipping classroom teaching model was proposed in 2000 by the American scholars Large and Platt[1].Chinese scholars officially started the research on flipping classrooms in 2012.The flipping classroom is different from the traditional teaching mode in class teaching,the mode of homework placement,but the use of network technology to integrate into physical education teaching,the easiest part of the teaching task is the transfer of knowledge to the classroom outside the students Self-study,full use of the opportunity to face the classroom above,teacher-students,student-students,student-students,student-students,student-students,student-students,student-students,student-students,student-students,students,students,students,students,students,students,students,and students,can improve their ability to cooperate in exploration,self-learning,and problem solving.This study intends to use junior high school students'teaching as a starting point,and adopts literature,questionnaires,interviews,experiments,and mathematical statistics to design the 14th and 21st grades of Shuren Junior High School of Nanjing Normal University as the second grade.The experimental group and the control group,after 12 weeks of teaching experiments,through changes and analysis of data before and after the experiment,explored the effect of flipping the classroom teaching mode on the junior high school students'physical quality,skill level,and teaching effectiveness of the six dimensions.In order to enrich theoretical basic knowledge,and to further promote the practice of flipping classroom teaching practice.Research indicates:1.Flipping the classroom teaching mode has a limited impact on improving students'physical fitness.2.Flip classroom teaching mode can effectively improve the student's skill level.3.Flip classroom teaching mode can improve students'interest in learning,self-learning ability,collaborative learning ability.4.Flipping classroom model teaching effect evaluation system is not perfect5.There is a limitation on the level of micro video production in the flipping classroom and the level of teacher professionalism.From the conclusions drawn,this article proposes several suggestions:1.Pay attention to the cultivation of students'physical quality in the flipping classroom teaching mode.2.Continuously enrich teaching methods and gradually improve students'skill levels in the flipping classroom teaching mode.3.Combined with the psychological and physiological characteristics of junior high school students,and continuously improve their abilities in independent learning,collaborative learning and other aspects.4.The evaluation mechanism under the flipping classroom teaching model needs to be more perfect.5.Promote the professionalization level of teachers and improve the micro-video platform.Create a flip-up classroom micro-video site to facilitate teacher education.
