| With the reform of the new curriculum standards,it has become a hot issue in the research of physical education teaching mode to explore effective teaching quality and promote the all-round development of students.The traditional classroom teaching mode adopts "spoon feeding" teaching method,which ignores the students’ emotional experience.The flipped classroom teaching mode has subverted the traditional classroom teaching,and advocated that the students should watch the video before the class,study independently,discuss each other in class,internalize the knowledge and develop the ability.This study will discuss the application effect of the flipped classroom teaching mode in junior high school physical education,in order to provide reference for improving the teaching quality.In this paper,the method of literature,experiment,questionnaire,expert interviews and mathematical statistics and other methods,combined with the status of physical education teaching research.First of all,through reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature to form a systematic literature review,while defining the concept and the theoretical basis of the flipped classroom.Secondly,through two experimental classes in Shanxi Province,Datong iron second grade to flip the classroom teaching mode,the two control classes take the traditional classroom teaching mode;each class class 2 times a week,45 minutes each class,for a 4 week teaching experiment.Finally,the analysis of the experimental results,discusses the effect of flipped classroom teaching mode in junior high school physical education teaching.The results are as follows:(1)in the classroom teaching of junior high school,the classroom teaching mode can be used to increase the interaction between teachers and students,and this kind of teaching mode is helpful for the students to master the action technology and improve their physical quality.(2)the application of flipped classroom teaching model in junior high school physical education can improve students’ learning motivation,stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm,and promote the all-round development of students’ physical andmental development.(3)the flipped classroom teaching mode can effectively improve students’ physical health,through direct and indirect factors to mobilize students to participate in sports exercise enthusiasm,cultivate students to form a good habit of physical exercise,construction of lifelong sports consciousness.(4)flipped classroom teaching model is conducive to mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of students,improve students’ sports participation and autonomy and inquiry learning ability.(5)flipped classroom teaching mode is helpful to improve students’ self-confidence and enhance their sense of ownership. |
