Research On The Innovation And Entrepreneurship Policy Of College Students Under The New Normal

As China's economic slowdown,economic restructuring and reform gradually step into the deep water area,the downward pressure,employment difficulties,and China's economy has entered a new normal.Dealing with the issue of innovation and entrepreneurship of the main students of contemporary employment is of great significance to promoting sustained and stable economic growth and social stability.The development of college students' innovation activities and the successful realization of entrepreneurship can not only reduce the pressure of college students' employment,provide more jobs,but also promote economic growth and promote the harmonious development of society.This paper analyzes the factors affecting college students' entrepreneurship,and discusses and studies how to improve college students' entrepreneurial environment and improve college students' entrepreneurial rate and success rate.Under the impetus of "Internet +",college students' entrepreneurship has more characteristics of the times;with the rise of entrepreneurial craze,the content and form of college students' entrepreneurial activities have increased;college students' innovation and entrepreneurship have been continuously promoted,stimulating college students' employment,realizing economic growth,and boosting China's construction innovation.Type country.Based on these backgrounds,this paper investigates and analyzes the contents of four aspects of entrepreneurial education and training policies,entrepreneurial fiscal and taxation financial policies,entrepreneurial free service policies,and entrepreneurial culture training policies.Through questionnaires,we can understand and analyze the implementation effect of Chinese college students' innovation and entrepreneurship policies and the satisfaction of college students towards policies.This paper analyzes the relevant policy contents and policy implementation effects of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship,and points out that the existing system of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship policy is incomplete,lack of pertinence,stage and coherence,lack of entrepreneurial skills of college students,entrepreneurial college students face financial problems,and entrepreneurship.Problems such as uneven development of the industry,disconnection of government policies and markets,and lack of legal knowledge of entrepreneurial students.By comparing and analyzing some entrepreneurial education research with earlier entrepreneurship education and better development of entrepreneurial policy,it provides an effective basis for formulating and perfecting China's corresponding policies.Finally,the paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in China and gives corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.From the three aspects of the formulation,implementation and supervision of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship policies,this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as perfecting the formulation of college students' entrepreneurial policies,vigorously promoting the effective implementation of college students' entrepreneurial policies,and strengthening the supervision of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship policies.Finally,the policy formulation suggestions are given from the four dimensions of college students' entrepreneurshipeducation and training policy,entrepreneurial fiscal and taxation financial policy,entrepreneurial free service policy and entrepreneurial culture training policy.Colleges and universities are one of the important sources of high-tech and creative thinking.College students have strong potential for innovation.Encouraging college students to innovate and innovate plays an important role in realizing the self-value of college students,improving employment rate and improving social economy.This paper systematically analyzes the innovation and entrepreneurship policies of college students under the new normal and gives corresponding improvement opinions,which is of great significance to improve the employment rate,entrepreneurship rate and success rate of college students.
