In recent years, under the dual pressure of family care and social work, the female labor participation rate has continued to decline. With the advent of Lewis turning point and the transition of China's economy to a "new normal",the growth of new labor force is extremely slow. How to fully utilize and exploit the female labor market seems to have become a more important way.Considering the particularity of female workers,it is difficult to alleviate the labor shortage only by eliminating discrimination in female employment. With the emergence and popularization of diversified working methods and flexible employment relations, optimizing employment forms seems to be an effective way to solve the vacancies in the labor market. The latest Employment Impact Report of Wechat shows that in 2018,Wechat promoted 22.35 million employment opportunities and 22%employment growth for five consecutive years. In this process, flexible employment has become a new feature;content creation without restriction of location and time;flexible part-time jobs without restriction of employment relationship;technical means to help carry out digital labor and so on.It can be seen that the use of the Internet can break the constraints of time and space and reduce the entry threshold, which seems to provide a possibility for women to take into account family care and social work. But in particular, there seems to be some doubt about the impact of Internet use on women's overall employment and employment patterns. In addition, based on the economic theory of leisure time, leisure time not only has"substitution effect" on economic development and social employment, but also has "complementary effect".Therefore,in the process of research, besides paying attention to the use of the Internet,we also pay special attention to the impact of the leisure use of the Internet on women's overall employment and employment situation. This study used 3555 women's observations from the China Comprehensive Social Survey(CGSS)to make regression based on Logit and multiple logit models. At the same time, individual characteristics and family economic characteristics are introduced as control variables to study the impact of Internet use on women's overall employment and employment forms,as well as the impact of leisure use of the Internet on women's overall employment and employment forms. In addition,Husman test and model test were carried out to verify the scientific rationality of the model.Empirical research results show that:1.Internet use promotes women's overall employment.2.The use of the Internet has enriched the forms of female employment, with the most significant impact on short-term workers.3.Leisure learning on the Internet promotes women's overall employment, while leisure entertainment on the Internet inhibits women's overall employment.4.Internet leisure socialization has a positive correlation with short-term workers and self-employed women.Based on the results of the study, the suggestions are as follows:the government should strengthen the Internet infrastructure and improve women's ability to use the internet;Internet enterprises should improve the service quality of Internet platform and establish a perfect female work-family ecosystem;women should optimize the allocation of leisure time resources and make rational use of Internet empowerment.
