A Study Of Current Situation Of Management For Ollege Students’ Leisure Time In The Developed Area And Its Countermeasures

At present, China’s higher education shifts from scale expansion to thedevelopment of connotation, and the research on university students’ study hasbecome a hot issue. However, the research tends to study the learning withinuniversity students’ teaching plan, while few has ever paid attention to their leisuretime, and much fewer focuses on college students’ leisure time.The innovation of this thesis lies in the following aspects: firstly, themanagement of college students’ leisure time is the management which is oriented tothe work system; secondly, the author proposes the idea of creating profitableassociation.The study takes students among four colleges in Pearl River Delta as researchobject, and thus knowing the current situation of management for college students’leisure time in the developed area from the possession of leisure time, control, thedimension of management awareness of leisure time, planning dimension, controldimension.Through investigation, the author finds that there are problems in timecontrol, time management awareness, time management planning, and timemanagement control for the management of college students’ leisure time in thedeveloped area, and analyzes its causes from the two levels of college and studentsthemselves.Countermeasures and suggestions includes: strengthening the education ofleisure time management which is oriented to the work system, guiding students tocreate profitable association, representing occupational characteristics; establishing acorrect concept of leisure time management, grasping the skills of leisure timemanagement, improving the ability of leisure time management.The results of this study can provide college students with effective methods andsuggestions for leisure time management, and thus preparing for their employment toadapt to the fierce social competition. At the same time, it also can improve the talentstraining quality of colleges, and thus exporting technical talents of high quality toenterprises.
