Abstract/Summary:
As an important part of the labor market,the issue of female workers' salary has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad.The improvement of their salary level is not only conducive to improving their family and social status,but also to promoting their own development.The participation rate of Chinese female workers has always been in the leading position,and distributed in all walks of life,playing a role not less than that of men in the labor market,but their wage level is significantly lower than that of men.Influenced by the innate physiological characteristics and traditional concepts,women are endowed with the dual status of family care and social production,which greatly limits the freedom of women's work.With the rapid development of the Internet,the working form of female workers has become more flexible,not limited by time and space,and not bound by the traditional employment relationship.It can effectively integrate its spare time through the use of the Internet,thus increasing its income.In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet economy,emerging economic models such as social e-commerce(Buy Together,YOHO!BUY)and so on,such as the mode of shopping and bargaining,the sharing economic market and knowledge payment(Zhihu)are growing rapidly.The use of the Internet has broken the traditional labor market model and lowered the threshold for workers to enter the labor market,which provides a new possibility for women workers to take into account family care and social production.This paper studies the impact of Internet use on women's income.At the same time,considering the differences of individual human capital of female workers,this paper not only pays attention to the influence of the use of Internet on the overall female workers,but also adds and analyzes the factors of female workers' residence(rural or urban),education level and the use of Internet(leisure,entertainment,social or learning)on female workers The impact of income.Secondly,considering that in this era of sharing economy,women can effectively integrate their leisure time through the use of the Internet,this paper also wakes up the relevant research from the perspective of Internet leisure use.This article selects the data of the China Comprehensive Social Survey(CGSS)in 2013 and 2015,based on the Zou Zhizhuang test(CHOW Test)and the two-step least squares(2SLS)statistical analysis model,introducing the characteristics of different levels of the sample(individual,(Family,society,and others)as control variables,specifically studied from two aspects: 1.The impact of Internet use on the overall income of female workers,2.Whether the popularity of 4G networks in 2013 made the impact of Internet use on the income of female workers There have been structural changes.In addition,based on the use of Internet leisure time,it has studied how the impact of female workers' learning,socializing,and entertainment on their income during their leisure time on the Internet.At the same time,they have also studied the use of the Internet on different households,different skills,and different income levels.The impact of the income of female workers.In addition,the scientific rationality of the model is proved by using the Hausman test.Empirical research results show that: 1.The behavior of Internet use has a positive correlation with the overall income of female workers;2.The popularity of 4G networks has caused a structural change in the impact of the Internet on the income of female workers;3.Internet The use of Internet has a more significant impact on the income of urban,low-income,and low-skilled female laborers;4.Internet leisure time learning and the use of social software have a significant role in promoting the income of female laborers,while using Internet leisure time Leisure and entertainment will have a depressing effect on the income of female workers who rely on the Internet.The article concludes with conclusions based on the research results and proposes relevant policy recommendations from the three levels of government,business and female individuals.The government should increase the construction of network infrastructure and promote the geographical balance of network facilities so that female workers in different regions can use the most advanced network technology;Internet companies should improve their service quality,strengthen the safety factor of the platform,and establish a complete Internet ecosystem of female family care and social production;individual female workers should reasonably allocate their leisure time and use the high-quality resources of the Internet to enhance their human capital,thereby having a higher bargaining power in the labor market.The three parties work together to provide a good social working environment for female workers who rely on the Internet to promote their economic income and ease their family and social economic conflicts...
