Graduate Student Leisure Time Management Present Situation Investigation And Study

Leisure time refers to the time that can be used for individual intellectual development,social activities and creative activities. Broadly speaking, leisure time is a kind of free time; itprovides each individual‘s all-round development with time protection. As for masterpostgraduates, leisure time is the completion of all school teaching plans, the courses andtraining activities. Currently, master postgraduates have more leisure time, but there is aprevalent phenomenon of unreasonable time arrangement, time’s inefficient utilization and so on.In order to help master postgraduates improve time efficiency and have a better self-development,we do the research on master postgraduates’ leisure time management behavior, which can helpus to know more about their management behavior, find problems and look for educationcountermeasures.Referring to the relevant literature, the research combined with the influential factors ofmaster graduate student leisure time management with the aid of "scale of teenage timemanagement", we preliminary draws up the structure and content of the questionnaire aboutleisure time management of master graduate students. After the preliminary questionnaire wasfinished, it worked for the small test many times. After the statistical test results were come out,the structure of the questionnaire does with further adjustment. What have done has fullyconsidered the credibility of the questionnaire and validity, which makes survey moreconvincing.We selected full-time master graduate students of Q normal university to investigate. Theresults revealed that master graduate students have some problems of leisure time management,these problems mainly display in: learning plans are not clear and the priority of thearrangements of leisure time is unreasonable; Self-cognition is not clear, the implementation andintrospection of plans is not in time; The behavior of the individual is not reasonable andconformity phenomenon of leisure time management is prominent; Network culture is notstandard, the content of leisure time is not enrichment; Professional ideals are not sure, theintrinsic value of leisure time is not obvious.According to the problems of leisure time management of master graduate students, we putforward the suggestions of leisure time management, which mainly display in: firstly, tostrengthen the self-management of leisure time, definite the role consciousness and strengthenthe frequency of diagnosis in time management; to change the behavior of time managementand promote the learning efficiency; secondly, to make use of the advantage of resources,strengthen guide and supervise of educators, build academic exchange platform and a free timeexternal environment; to standard campus network culture and enrich the content of leisureactivities; to guide the master graduate students do career planning and play fully to the developing function of the time.
