In recent years,the improvement of professional teacher' quality in vocational colleges has become an important aspect of teaching quality improvement and teaching reform.It is of great significance to enhance the quality of vocational college teachers to "double teacher" by going to enterprises to experience specific practical work and increase the production experience of the front line.In order to implement the “Provisions on the Practice of Professional School Teachers” and the Spirit of the National Conference on Vocational Education,further strengthen the construction of the "dual-qualified" team in the schools,promote the professional development of teachers,and enhance the level of teachers' practical teaching,the effect of active practice in secondary vocational schools is gradually presented,but at the same time,it also exposed lots of problems,such as imperfect system,inaccessible channels,unclear subject responsibilities,and lack of initiative of the enterprise and teachers.In view of this,this paper takes the research study of seven secondary vocational school teachers in Panyu District of Guangzhou City through questionnaire survey.The paper makes an in-depth investigation on the situation of teacher's practice in enterprises from four aspects: the pre-practice work arrangement of professional teachers,process management,assessment and evaluation,and the practical effect of enterprises.Through in-depth interviews,the relevant managers of schools and enterprises are investigated,and the causes of the problems are analyzed,and improvement is proposed.Strategies,in order to effectively improve the effectiveness of the practice of professional teachers to enterprises,so that the practice of teachers more practical,close to or narrow the gap with the requirements of the Ministry of Education.The survey results show four problems.Firstly,the guiding policies and opinions at the national level are relatively mature,but the relevant supporting systems at the local level,especially at the school level,are lack of necessary incentives,which limits the motivation and enthusiasm of vocational teachers' business practice.Secondly,the practice process of several teacher's enterprises is in a state of no supervision.The assessment methods and contents are too general and unreasonable.Especially,the role of enterprises in practice assessment is very small,which makes most of the assessment mere formality and affects the promotion of practice effect.Thirdly,the contradiction between teaching and practice is unreasonable,which increases the difficulty of teachers' practice.Lastly,the purpose of receiving teacher's practice in enterprises is too utilitarian,the motivation is insufficient,and the professional teachers are unwilling to assume the responsibility to play the main role,which greatly reduces the effectiveness of participating in enterprise practice.In order to solve the above problems,this paper,based on the theories of incentive theory,social exchange theory,lifelong learning theory and learning transfer,puts forward the strategies to improve the practical effectiveness of vocational teacher's enterprises from four aspects: government,schools,teachers and enterprises.These include the government to strengthen top-level overall planning,schools to establish long-term working mechanisms,and professional teachers to be advance with the times,change the traditional concepts and adequately arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in teacher-to-enterprises practices.
