| With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of income level in China,the car market has witnessed a fast expansion in the past 10 years.Due to the prosperity of automobile industry in Dongguan,the cultivation of high-quality auto specialty talents is much in need.However,the Problems is that the professional teachers of secondary vocational school in Dongguan are lack of practical experience in business,which has a severe impact on the quality of the cultivation of auto specialty talents.In the past few years,the Dongguan government has introduced a series of policies that encourages teachers of secondary vocational school to participate in practice,however,there are still lots of problems and deficiencies in the process of implementation,which weakens the effectiveness of the participation.Therefore,it is essential to conduct research on the current situation and corresponding countermeasures of the practice in business of professional teachers from secondary vocational school by the example of auto repair major of some secondary vocational schools in Dongguan.According to the features of secondary vocational education,based on stakeholder theory,dual system theory of vocational education and the theory of double-qualified teacher construction,the research on the current situation of practice in business of professional teachers from secondary vocational school through questionnaire survey and interview was conducted.It shows that there are deficiencies in implementation of policy,the participation of enterprises and school organization.On the basis of systematic analysis of the problem above and domestic and foreign advanced experience,the writer lists the suggestions for solving problem and tries to put forward countermeasures through improving policy system,building cooperate system and completing the implementation scheme.This research is valuable as reference for the problem solving in other places or majors of secondary vocational school. |
