| In 2005,the State Council first proposed that vocational school teachers should go to the enterprise to participate in practice.After continuous exploration and development,the enterprise practice of secondary vocational school teachers has achieved some results,but also faced with some problems,affecting the effect of the enterprise practice of teachers.According to the analysis and summary of the existing literature,this paper explains the relevant theories of the enterprise practice of secondary vocational teachers,and takes a secondary vocational school in Baoying,Jiangsu Province as an example to investigate the implementation process of the practical activities of teachers in the enterprise,deeply analyze the current problems,and combine the actual situation of the school,from the policy system,school management,teachers themselves and The enterprise participates in four aspects to propose the improvement countermeasure and the suggestion.The enterprise practice of secondary vocational school teachers refers to the planned arrangement of teachers’ production activities in the front line of the enterprise,participation in the technical transformation activities and organizational management activities of the enterprise,and promotion of teachers’ substantive participation in the enterprise production in order to promote the professional development of vocational school teachers and improve the practical teaching level of teachers.In order to fully understand the enterprise practice of secondary vocational teachers,this paper carries out questionnaires and interviews from the aspects of teachers,school management,enterprises and so on.According to the investigation and research,the main problems of teachers’ enterprise practice in a secondary vocational school in Baoying are that the relevant system of teachers’ enterprise practice in secondary vocational school is not perfect,the management of teachers’ enterprise practice in secondary vocational school is not in place,the internal driving force of teachers’ Professional development is not enough,and enterprises passively participate in Teachers’ enterprise practice.In response to the above problems,the paper proposes four specific improvement measures,namely,perfecting policies and regulations,establishing and improving supporting systems for teacher participation in enterprise practice;the school makes overall planning to ensure the normalization of teacher participation in enterprise practice;establish the concept of lifelong learning and improve the effectiveness of teachers’ participation in corporate practice;seeking support from all aspects to improve the initiative of enterprise participation. |
