The practice system of teachers' enterprises in vocational colleges is the key to improve the quality of school teachers' “double division” and is an important part to promote the construction of modern vocational education system.In recent years,under the guidance of the party and government series of policies and laws,the practice system of teachers' enterprises in vocational colleges has achieved rapid development.But at the same time,the problems of teachers' enterprise practice system have gradually attracted the attention of the government and society.Explore the problems and causes of poor operation of teachers' enterprise practice System in Vocational Colleges.Put forward the effective operation of teachers' practice system in vocational colleges.It is of great significance and practical value to promote the professional development of teachers and to improve the practical ability and teaching level of teachers in vocational schools.This paper summarizes the current situation of the practice system of teachers' enterprises in vocational colleges,and confirms that the development of the vocational education in western countries has started earlier and the related system is perfect,which has great reference for the development of vocational education in our country.Compared with the developed countries,the research progress of our country is very late,the research content is still rich,the research results yet to be practiced,especially the research on the practical problems of the operation of the teachers' practice system in vocational colleges is not deep enough,the effective operation countermeasures that based on the practice system of teachers' enterprises in vocational colleges also need to be improved.On the basis of the previous research results,and the information obtained by the teachers and students participating in the cooperation of enterprises and enterprises in the vocational colleges.This study clarifies the development of the practice system of teachers' enterprises,the implementation process and effect,the professional teachers' aspirations,the degree of enterprise participation and so on,and analyzes and determines the factors such as preparation,organization,cognition and expectation of teachers' enterprises system in vocational colleges.Bye using these systems operation elements for dimension and prepare a questionnaire and conduct an investigation.The valid data collected will be input to SPSS17.0 software,to further clarify the system of operation has many problems,such as the supporting mechanism is not perfect,industry enterprises to participate in the degree of cooperation is not high,the weak foundation of the organization of vocational colleges and the lack of teachers' participation in enterprises practice.And then focus on strengthening the government functions,and further optimize the system of teachers' practice system in vocational colleges and accelerating the pace of legalization of enterprise practice system;establish a win-win mechanism for enterprises and play the industry association “gravitational effect”;encourage vocational colleges to play a coordinating role and establish a professional system;teachers in the pre-business practice,medium-term integration,late reflection and other four aspects of a set of specific countermeasures and suggestions,not only improve the vocational education teachers training system,and strengthen the “double teacher” team of teachers.
