School sports is the foundation of social sports and an important place for primary school students to develop a sensitive period of physical quality.Primary school students are the foundation of the future rich and powerful countries, and they contain the hope of a new era.The strong physical fitness is the capital for the development of the revolution. However, with the rapid development of science and technology in the era,the physical ability of primary school students in China is not as good as before, and the physical quality has gradually declined.Among them, the physical coordination ability of primary school students has attracted the attention of academic scholars.According to the physical development characteristics of the primary school pupils, this thesis introduces the one-legged kicking ball practice into the pupils' classroom, selects and arranges the teaching content suitable for the primary school students' practice, improves and improves the physical coordination ability of the primary school students, and at the same time, the body and mind are pleasant and rich.Diverse choices for primary school students in sports classroom equipment.Through experimental intervention, data analysis is carried out,and the effect of one-legged kicking ball practice on the physical coordination ability of the primary school pupils provides a theoretical basis for the physical training of the primary school students in the future, and also brings a novel sports style into the physical education classroom.Enriching primary school sports equipment, this paper will also provide reference theory for other scholars. This study mainly uses the methods of literature, interview,EMG test, experiment, mathematical statistics and so on,and selects the students of Grade one and two of Grade one and Grade two of Ludu Primary School in Shijiazhuang as the subjects of the experiment, and the students in the first and second grades of the primary school in Shijiazhuang City are chosen as the subjects of the experiment. The subjects were divided into experimental class and control class. The experimental class was 60 persons and the control class was 60.Among them, there were 15 boys and 15 girls in the first grade of the experimental class, and 15 boys and 15 girls in the second grade of the experimental class. There were 15 boys and 15 girls in the first grade of the control class, and 15 boys and 15 girls in the second grade of the controlclass, with a total of 120 subjects. The experiment cycle was 16 weeks. The experimental period was 16 weeks.During the experiment, the experimental class will carry out a planned and organized one-legged foot-practice ball exercise, while the control class will conduct normal physical education classes, and will not participate in other sports interest classes after class, three times a week,20 minutes each time.A 16-week experimental study. The test index selects the one-handed ball of the single upper limb and the alternating hands of the upper limbs, the knees of the single lower limbs and the scissors of the lower limbs, the same as the opening and closing of the lower limbs. The alternating hands of the lower limbs are asymmetrically slap. Before and after the experiment, the primary coordination pupils were tested for physical coordination ability indicators, and the data obtained were statistically analyzed and analyzed by spss20.0.Research result:(1)Before the research experiments in this paper, compare the indicators of the first grade and the second grade, there is a significant difference between the first grade and the second grade(P<0.05),and the second grade average is larger,so The two grades are compared as two different groups. There was no significant difference in physical coordination ability between male and female students in the same grade(p>0.05).(2)After 16 weeks of single-legged kicking exercises, the comparison between the experimental grades and the control shifts of the two grades was carried out.The one-handed shot and the alternating hands of the hands slowly increased, but not significant.(p>0.05);both hands asymmetric slap,in-situ step and leg jump, scissors jump, open and close jump before the arm were significantly increased(p <0.05),and the growth trend of the two grades of indicators.(3)After 16 weeks of single-legged kicking exercises, the comparison between the indicators in the two grades of the experimental group and the control group will be carried out. After the experimental class, the one-handed ball and the hands are alternately shot.Slow growth, but not significant(p>0.05);hands with asymmetric slap,in-situ step and leg jump, scissors jump, open and close jump before the arm significantly increased(p <0.05),after the control class one-handed The ball is shot, the hands are alternately patted, the hands areasymmetrically slammed, the in-situ stepping legs are jumping, the scissors are jumping, and the opening and closing of the arms are slowly increased, but not significant(p>0.05).(4)After 16 weeks of single-legged foot-practicing,there was no significant difference between boys and girls in the comparison of indicators(p>0.05),but both boys and girls had a slow increase.Analysis conclusion:(1)There are differences in the test indexes of the 1st and 2nd grades in the pre-test of the study. Therefore, the two grades are divided into two different groups. The data analysis after the experiment proves that the one-legged foot-practice exercise is suitable for the level one primary school student.Exercise.(2)In this study, the one-legged kicking ball exercise can improve and improve the level of primary school students' physical coordination ability. The growth trend of the first-grade and second-grade grades in the six test indicators is the same,in the hands of asymmetric slap, scissors jump There are significant growths in the four test indicators, such as the in-situ stepping and jumping, and the opening and closing of the arm.The other two single-handed and double-handed balls are significantly increased, and in these 6 items. The growth trend of the two grades in the test indicators is consistent, and there is no significant difference between men and women.
