| Objective:This study starts from the warm-up training of football, introduces the method of footwork sensitive training, and uses three kinds of footwork sensitive training, such as ladder, small hurdle and innovative footwork game,to carry out intervention experiments on football school team players aged 11-12;By comparing the existing warm-up training with the footwork sensitive training, this paper discusses the influence of footwork sensitive training on the performance of ball handling skills of football school team players aged 11-12.Hope to provide some theoretical reference for football training in grass-roots campus.Methods:(1)By using the method of literature, the latest research trends at home and abroad are collected through CNKI,Wanfang Database and other websites with the key words of footwork sensitivity training, ball control training, ladder training and hurdle training, which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of this research.(2)Expert interview method, through We Chat,e-mail and visits, interviews football experts to ensure the selection of test indicators and the scientific design of experiments.(3)Questionnaire survey method, according to the needs of research, designed an expert questionnaire on the test index of football ball handling technology, and asked the relevant football experts and coaches to evaluate and determine the test index of the experiment.(4)Experimental research method: the experimental group used soft ladder, small hurdle and innovative footwork games to warm up,while the control group used the existing warm-up training.Except for the warm-up part, the other training contents of the two groups are exactly the same.(5)Video statistics method, the teaching competition before and after the experiment is recorded by video, and some indexes related to football transportation and ball control in the competition are recorded and counted.(6)By mathematical statistics, excel was used to sort out the test data of ball control technique before and after the experiment, and spss13.0 was used to make statistical analysis of the obtained data.Conclusion:(1)Compared with the existing warm-up methods, sensitive footwork training can promote the improvement of ball handling ability of 11-12-year-old football school team players, especially in the case of accelerated dribbling and abrupt change of direction.(2)Compared with the existing warm-up methods, the sensitive footwork training can give consideration to the improvement of the weak lateral foot(left foot)ability of the football school team players aged 11-12,which is beneficial to the balanced development of the players’ left and right foot movement and ball control ability.(3)Compared with the existing warm-up methods, the sensitive footwork training improves the ability of 11-12-year-old football school team players to combine the ball with both feet, thus improving the ball control ability of the players.(4)Compared with the existing warm-up methods, sensitive footwork training improves the ability of 11-12-year-old football team players to control the ball in actual combat. This may be due to the comprehensive reflection of the improvement of ball control quality in various games. |
