In recent years,the continuous decline of the physical quality level of teenagers in China has aroused the state's attention to the physical health of middle school students,so that the state continues to reform the physical education in the middle school entrance examination,so as to promote the development of the physical health of middle school students in China.After the reform of the middle school entrance examination,physical education subjects account for a certain proportion in the score of the middle school entrance examination.Teachers and parents don't want students to lose points in the middle school entrance examination.Solid ball is one of the items in the middle school physical education examination.Many teachers improve the throwing distance of solid ball mainly by improving strength,and do not pay attention to the technical practice of solid ball.Too much strength practice in physical education class will lead to the decline of students' interest in sports and affect students' learning efficiency.This study adds coordination practice to the teaching of solid ball,improves the distance of throwing solid ball from the perspective of improving students' throwing technology of solid ball,and increases students' interest in physical education learning through relaxed coordination practice,so as to improve the enthusiasm of learning in physical education classroom.This study takes junior middle school students as the experimental object,and adds coordinated practice to the solid ball teaching for a 12 week teaching experiment.The specific method is to add general coordination exercises in the preparation part and special coordination exercises in the solid ball technique practice.The evaluation index selects three dimensions: junior middle school students' sports interest scale,solid ball throwing performance and solid ball throwing technology score to study whether coordinated practice can improve the teaching effect of solid ball in physical education,Through consulting the literature to understand the nature of coordination and the teaching process of solid ball,and set up practice actions to improve coordination in combination with the technical action characteristics of solid ball and the biomechanical and anatomical characteristics of throwing solid ball.So as to improve the teaching effect of middle school students learning to throw solid balls in physical education,improve the situation that students face when learning to throw solid balls,such as single practice methods,boring and heavy practice means,discuss and analyze the research results,and put forward corresponding opinions.The results show that:(1)after the experiment,the students' interest in Physical Education in the experimental group is significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.01);(2)After the experiment,the scores of solid ball throwing(P < 0.05)and solid ball throwing technology in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01),indicating that adding coordinated practice in teaching can improve the teaching effect of students' learning solid ball.Through analysis and discussion,it is considered that coordinated practice can speed up the efficiency of students' mastering solid ball technology and effectively improve junior middle school students' interest in sports.The improvement of students' mastery level of sports skills will promote the change of solid ball throwing results,and then achieve the ideal teaching effect.
