Research On Teacher Management In H University In Southern Xinjiang Under The Theory Of Psychological Contract

The level of higher education development is the significant sign of a country’s development level and development potential.Teachers are the fundamental guarantee to promote reform and development of higher education.Recent years,universities extremely attach importance to teacher management.However,the study indicates that the teacher management of university in southern Xinjiang still have many problems.Therefore,this thesis,taking the H university as research object,surveys the teacher management of H university in southern Xinjiang with the interviewing method.The study shows,the teacher management of H university exists some problems in recruitment,training,assessment,encouragement and environment construction.Based on this,this thesis analyzes the reasons from management philosophy,management system,management structure and management mechanism.This thesis combs and summarizes experience about college teacher management at home and abroad,and uses the EAR(establishing-adjusting-realization)cycle theory of psychological contract to intervene in the whole process of teacher management in H colleges and universities.The paper puts forward targeted solutions from the three stages of establishing,adjusting and realization.From establishing a stable psychological contract actively to adapting to the adjustment of psychological contract,then tracking the realization of psychological contract in time,this thesis believes,constructing a complete EAR cycle will promote the improvement and development of teacher management in H university.However,under the limit of epidemic and time,the coverage and internal structure of the interviewees in this thesis need to improve.Therefore,this thesis will continue to research to promote the study deeply,and put forward more constructive suggestions to university in southern Xinjiang.
