As an innovative strategy,supply-side reform can not only play a role in the economic field,but also have applicability in the field of rural vocational education.Rural vocational education bears the important responsibility of providing rural practical talents for rural social and economic development,and the development of rural vocational education will also have an important impact on technological innovation,economic structure and the transformation and upgrading of rural industrial structure.Under the background of supply-side reform,challenges and opportunities coexist for the development of rural vocational education.Anhui Province is a major province of Vocational Education in China.It has always attached great importance to the development of vocational education for rural areas.Although the development of rural vocational education in Anhui Province has made some achievements in recent years,there are still some problems to be solved urgently.The main manifestations are: insufficient supply of rural vocational education,poor quality of supply,mismatch between supply and demand,which directly leads to the training of rural practical talents and can not meet the realistic needs of rural social and economic development in Anhui Province.In order to solve the above problems,Anhui rural vocational education urgently needs to use the development thinking of supply-side reform in the economic field,re-examine the rural vocational education system,structure and system,scientifically and accurately link the supply-side reform with the development of rural vocational education,and explore the development of rural vocational education in Anhui Province according to the demand for rural practical talents in the supply-side reform.New path of education.The purpose of this paper is to explore new ideas for the development of rural vocational education in Anhui Province under the background of supply-side reform.Through the analysis of the development of rural vocational education in Anhui Province and the empirical analysis of the coupling level between rural vocational education and rural social and economic development in Anhui Province,this paper deeply expounds the problems faced by rural vocational education in the process of development in Anhui Province,and puts forward appropriate relevant suggestions to promote the sound and rapid development of rural vocational education in Anhui Province.Firstly,on the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature,this paper elaborates the background and research significance of the topic,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,defines the concept of supply-side reform and rural vocational education,clarifies the research methods and research ideas,and puts forward the innovation and deficiencies of this paper.Secondly,it first elaborates the current situation of rural vocational education development in Anhui Province(the current situation of professional supply,the current situation of educational funds supply and the current situation of teachers’ supply),and makes a deep analysis of the demand situation of rural vocational education in Anhui Province(individual demand and social demand);and then uses the coupling degree model and the coupling coordination model to quantitatively analyze rural vocational education and rural social and economic development in Anhui Province.The coupling level of exhibition provides empirical support for the analysis of the following problems according to "selecting indicators-constructing evaluation index system-calculating coupling degree and coupling coordination degree".Thirdly,on the basis of supply-side reform,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the development of rural vocational education in Anhui Province: insufficient supply;low quality of supply;dislocation of supply and demand;imbalance of regional supply;and imperfection of supply system.Finally,some appropriate suggestions are put forward: setting up correct values of Vocational education;paying attention to the demand level and establishing a demand-oriented supply system of rural vocational education;paying attention to input factors to improve the quality of supply of rural vocational education;perfecting the regional layout of rural vocational education and improving the quantity of supply;innovating the supply system of rural vocational education and releasing supply livelihood.Power.
