China’s vocational teacher training started late.Before the reform and opening up,there was no special training organization for vocational teacher.With the transformation and development of social economy,the important position of Vocational and technical education has been gradually highlighted.In order to meet the needs of Vocational and technical education teachers,an independent vocational and technical teacher training system has been gradually formed.Among them,higher vocational and technical teachers’ colleges are the exclusive institutions for training professional course teachers for vocational colleges.In-service teacher training,technical and technical personnel training and vocational education are now Modernization plays an important role in the development of Vocational and technical teachers college undertakes the important task of secondary vocational teacher training.However,with the rapid development of industrialization and the development of new technology and industry,the internal development power of the college is insufficient and other reasons,the supply of Vocational and technical teachers can not meet the current social demand for talent training.Based on the research on the current situation and problems of the vocational and technical teachers’ training and the development of secondary vocational education in Hunan Agricultural University,the author analyzes the current situation of the supply of Vocational and technical teachers’ resources from the perspective of supply side,and puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures to optimize the supply structure of secondary vocational teachers,so as to improve the quality and quantity of teachers in Vocational and technical teachers’ College,and improve the demand for teachers in secondary vocational schools Fit degree.Based on the current contradiction between supply and demand structure of vocational teachers,this study is based on the perspective of supply side reform to study the training of occupation technical normal students.This paper uses the methods of field investigation,literature research,classification and comparison,and interview to explore the problems existing in the cultivation of Vocational and technical normal students,focusing on the following aspects: first,clarify the logical relationship between the supply side reform and the cultivation of Vocational and technical normal students;second,grasp the current situation of the demand for teachers and the cultivation of Vocational and technical normal students,and analyze the supply and demand of teachers Third,based on the perspective of supply side reform,this paper puts forward countermeasures to optimize the quality ofVocational and technical normal students’ training,in order to improve the effective supply of secondary vocational teachers.The conclusions of this study are as follows: first,to realize the accurate and effective supply of Vocational and technical normal students is the inevitable choice of supply side reform and an important measure to promote the supply side reform of education.Secondly,based on the Yearbook of secondary vocational education in Hunan Province,the data of teachers on the official website of some schools and the relevant data of the cultivation of Vocational and technical normal students majoring in agronomy(education class)in the school of education of Hunan Agricultural University,this paper makes an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the supply of teachers,the quantity and quality of teachers and the fit of the demand of teachers in secondary vocational schools,and finds that the vocational and technical normal training There are some problems such as inaccurate professional supply,unreasonable curriculum structure,weak faculty,lack of quality supply and effective supply for Vocational and technical normal students.Thirdly,based on the five development concepts of "innovation,coordination,green,opening and sharing" of supply side reform,the author believes that the supply structure of Vocational and technical normal students should be optimized by adding new majors,coordinating training programs,speeding up the flow of elements,focusing on demand and establishing early warning system. |
