The relationship between supervisors and graduate students is one of the most important relations in the postgraduate education activities,and the relationship between supervisors and graduate students is an important way to improve the quality of postgraduate education.As Mr.Mei Yiqi put it: "Schools are like water,teachers and students are like fish,and their actions are like swimming,big fish leading,small fish following,thus,students are immersed in the activities of their teachers and both of them develop together after swimming together for a long time." However,with the expansion of the scale of postgraduate education in China,the level of supervisors and the quality of graduate students are uneven,the relationship between supervisors and graduate students been utilitarian and the relationship is not equal,which affects the relationship between tutors and graduate students and has bad effect on the improvement of the quality of postgraduate education.Therefore,the study of the relationship between supervisors and graduate students has a strong practical significance.The interactive theory refers to the psychological or behavior interaction between people,which causes another person to change the course of behavior or values.Postgraduate education activities are carried out in the process of interaction between supervisors and graduate students and the interaction between supervisors and graduate students affects the quality of postgraduate education.Therefore this dissertation is based on the interactive theory,makes an empirical survey on the general situation of the supervisor's guidance and graduate students ' study ? the general situation of the interaction between supervisors and students ? the satisfaction of the relationship between supervisors and graduate students of N university.Then use SPSS23.0 statistical software to analyze the data,sum up experience,find out the existing problems and put forward some suggestions for the problems.This dissertation is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part.This part mainly expounds the reasons for topic selection,research purpose,the significance of this research,the ideas ?contents and methods of topic selection.The second chapter is the research basis.This chapter mainly defines the related concepts and construct the interactive map of the relationship between supervisors and graduates on the basis of interactive theory.The third chapter is the compilation and test of questionnaire.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the present situation of the interactive relationship between supervisors and graduate students.Through the analysis of the data of the survey,we understand the current situation of the interactive relationship between supervisors and graduate students of N university.The fifth chapter is useful experience,this chapter summarizes the useful experience of the construction of the interactive relationship between supervisors and graduate students of N University.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and suggestion of this dissertation.The research shows that: firstly,thanks to the supervisor's high sense of responsibility,strong guidance,and graduate students' high interest in study and serious study attitude,together with the guarantee of postgraduate training and management system in universities,the level of satisfaction of the relationship between supervisors and graduate students is high.Secondly,the relationship between supervisors and graduate students of N University is generally good,the interactive content is comprehensive,the frequency is high,the degree is deep,the feedback is good,the effect is high,the interactive type is mainly mixed type interaction.Thirdly,for the type of interaction,graduate students on supervisors of different genders has differences,the interaction effect has gender,grade difference,there are professional differences in the satisfaction degree of the relationship between supervisors and graduate students.Fourthly,there are still some problems in the interaction between supervisors and graduate students,such as the lack of targeted guidance,the professional foundation of postgraduates needs to be strengthened,the system to guarantee the interactive relationship between supervisors and graduate students is not perfect and the lack of environmental atmosphere.Therefore,the author puts forward solution from three aspect: the supervisor's guidance should be more specific,the graduate student needs to strengthen the study input and the study initiative,the university should make a perfect system to guarantee the construction of the relationship between supervisors and graduate students and create a good environment to improve the relationship between supervisors and graduate students.
