| With the emergence and diffusion of power,the traditional power and modern power are competing with each other between the supervisors and the graduate students,which can also be said to be the collision between the traditional consciousness and the post-modern consciousness.The emergence of this idea breaks the traditional “top-down” leadership of power,promotes,cultivates and encourages the subject,but at the same time brings some adverse effects.For example,the diffusion of power makes the graduate students have a stronger sense of independence and distinct personality,getting along with the supervisors in the process,it is easy to resist the strict academic management of supervisors;The lack of subject power makes the supervisors and graduate students have two subjects in the process of getting along with each other,which will affect the subject and object of the supervisors and graduate students relationship and not facilitate the development of harmonious supervisors and graduate students relationship.The emergence of Foucault’s power theory provides a new research perspective for the alienation of the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates.Before the investigation,this paper firstly analyzes the historical development of teacher-student relationship at home and abroad,and concludes that there are some same problems in different development stages,which purpose of this paper is to lay a good theoretical foundation for the research on the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates,and to demonstrate and analyze the relationship based on Foucault’s power theory and communication theory.The indifference of relationship between supervisors and graduate students is mainly reflected in the following aspects:emphasis on scientific research,neglect of moral shaping;multiple thought influence,communication gap;enhancement of subject consciousness,respect for teachers weakened;"communicative relationship" alienation into "loose relationship".The utilitarianism of relationship between supervisors and graduate students is mainly reflected in the following aspects: utilitarian learning motivation,ignoring knowledge value;shortsighted research objectives,lack of sustained enthusiasm;market exchange shock,dissipate academic atmosphere;"cooperative relationship" alienation into "employment relationship".The externingiz of relationship between supervisors and graduate students is mainly reflected in the following aspects: mentors dominate,student’s absolute obedience;the misconduct is prominent,impact on teachers’ moral cognition;In-depth consumption concept,awakening of power consciousness;"teaching relationship" alienation into "conflict relationship".According to the existing problems and reasons,this paper USES "fishbone diagram" for analysis,and through the construction of the relationship between supervisors and graduate students of keeping your contacts regular;reshape the synergism relationship between supervisors and postgraduates;reconstructing the teaching materialization of the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates to avoid alienation.The regularization of communication is mainly reflected in the following aspects: improve guidance effectiveness,communication promotion effect;improve communication initiative,shortening psychological distance;improve learning initiative,weaken power control;establish system of communication,shorten the distance of supervisors and graduate students.Synergism is reflected in:Get rid of utilitarianism,avoiding education industry;correct cultivation and use,promote the continuous scientific research;strengthen achievement management,avoid property right dispute.Teaching concretization manifests in: clear duty and mission,avoids the power interference;understand respect for teachers,realize equality between subject and guest;implement the supervisor’s responsibility,promote teaching and learning. |
