Research On The Design Of Community Mutual Service System For The Aging-in-rural Based On Service Design

The purpose of this study is to apply the concept and method of service design,to practice the principle of "user-centered" design,and to solve the practical problems of rural old-age care in China.Taking Malan Village in Beijing as an example,an innovative design scheme of rural community mutual-aid old-age service system based on service design is put forward.This paper expounds the general situation of the development of the community mutual assistance service design for the aged,and the main problems existing in the rural old-age care in our country.Taking the service design theory,the research on the related users of the elderly,and the application of the community mutual assistance service design for the aged as the scope,it investigates the advance research,and puts forward the reference points and existing problems.Its fturther studies the service design theory and clarifies the design.Principles,methods,tools and other key definitions and application methods are proposed,and the application proposals of service design in this study are put forward.The author uses user research methods such as field research and semi-structured interviews to collect user data,grasp the research background and target user information,and uses the methods and tools of service design such as psychological model and red-line analysis to put forward a set of usable,easy-to-use and sustainable design strategies of rural community mutual assistance service for the aged.The service system will be visualized and serviced.App is responsible for interactive design and visual design and produces service usage manual.This study proposes that,on the one hand,the design needs to be able to respond to the changing and diversified needs of users,consider the extensibility and flexibility of the design,and pay attention to the information exchange between users;on the other hand,the design is rooted in the needs of target users,and in the early stage of investigation,we must grasp the objective environmental background conditions,as well as the psychological and physiological needs and pain points of users.The research is interdisciplinary and user oriented.It integrates service design theory,information technology and rural practical background.It is innovative and versatile and has a certain reference value for follow-up research.
