A Practical Study On The Involvement Of Social Work In Rural Community Mutual Assistance Elderly Care Service

With the acceleration of urbani Zation and rapid economic development,China has graduall y entered the elderl y society.The aging of population has brought great pressure to the development of the country.In order to solve this problem,people from all walks of life in China have made continuous exploration,and mutual pension as a new way of pension appears in our vision.The combination of social work and mutual support for the aged is of great practical significance to relieve the pressure of the aged,improve the quality of the aged service and establish an efficient,professional and orderl y mode of the aged service.In this paper,we take Xi’an Z organi Zation rural elderl y mutual aid service project as an example to explore the social work invo lved in rural communit y mutual aid service.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,mainl y through the literature research method to summari Ze and discuss the research status of mutual support for the elderly,introduces the background and significance of the topic,the concept definition and theoretical basis,research ideas and methods;the second chapter summari Zes the rural communit y elderl y in infrastructure,economy,life care,health support and spiritual and cultural life,etc The third chapter introduces the background of Z institution’s involvement in rural communit y mutual support,anal y Zes the needs of the elderl y in rural community,and expounds the specific practice process of Z social work institution’s involvement in rural community mutual support;the fourth chapter anal y Zes the problems and difficulties in the process of mutual support,as well as the social cooperation The fifth chapter anal y Zes the existing problems in the process of intervention,using the professional knowledge and skills of social work to play the professional role of social workers,and puts forward professional methods for mutual pension services to allevia te the pressure of pension in China and improve the qualit y of life of the elderl y.This paper focuses on giving full play to the value of the elderly,mobili Zing the elderl y to participate in the elderl y care service,improving the social participation o f the elderl y,enriching the research materials and materials of the rural communit y mutual pension service,and promoting the further improvement and development of the mutual pension service model.
