| Quality education focuses on the comprehensive development of students,emphasizing the cultivation of ideological and moral values,abilities and personalities,physical and mental health.Unlike exam oriented education,it returns to the essence of education and is a key part of China’s education reform.At the same time,the children’s period is a crucial period for quality education.With the introduction of relevant national policies and the transformation of parental education concepts,China’s children’s quality education is rapidly developing.However,at present,China’s children’s quality education is still in the exploratory stage,and there are many unresolved issues regarding the relevant products on the market: uneven curriculum levels,high degree of homogenization of market products,dispersed curriculum resources,and difficulty in evaluating curriculum quality and learning effectiveness.Based on the above situation,this paper uses service design thinking to design and research the children’s quality education platform,and tries to explore the optimization scheme of children’s quality education products from the perspective of service design.Firstly,literature review was conducted on service design thinking and relevant theories of children’s quality education,and the relevant cases were analyzed.Secondly,user surveys and analysis were conducted to determine the user characteristics,usage scenarios,and needs of children’s quality education;Thirdly,design strategies for children’s quality education platform were determined,including design positioning and principles,stakeholders and service system,market positioning and business model,user category and functional modules;Fourthly,design practice of the children’s quality education platform was carry out,including service models and processes,information architecture design,prototype and interaction design,visual standard establishment,interface design,as well as design evaluation.This study is based on the perspective of service design,analyzing the current situation of children’s quality education,and from the perspective of users and services.It constructs a children’s quality education service system,which is represented by an APP,emphasizing the user experience of parents and students,meeting and balancing the value needs of various stakeholders.The system systematically presents the core services and auxiliary services,and has expanded new development directions for the field of children’s quality education. |
