With the rapid development of the society,the society is putting forward higher request to the teachers' teaching.Young teachers' development in rural schools is particularly difficult and backward due to their geographical constraints.This paper adopts the method of the interview investigation and research and takes some rural schools in Jinjiang as the representative research objects.Through face-to-face interviews with heads of the rural education department,the administrators in rural schools and some teachers,the author makes specific analysis to the interview content.It is found that the development of young teachers in rural schools is low,and they are difficult to meet the requirements of curriculum reform.What's more,their development consciousness is poor and the professional performance is not good enough.Besides,their learning ability is declining.Therefore,it is important to find management countermeasures to improve and promote teacher development.At the same time,on the basis of studying the present situation of young teachers in rural schools,the author finds out the root of mismanagement in view of the problems existing in the development of rural teachers.In this regard,the author takes full account of the needs of young teachers,and put forward some management countermeasures that the rural education authorities and rural school administrators should take to improve the development of young teachers. |
