In the new historical period of implementing the concept of "socialist core values","building morality and cultivating people" and the strategy of "rejuvenating the country through science and education",the development of education affects the economic and cultural construction of the whole society. In the process of the development of education, the construction of teachers has always been a key content and topic, especially in the primary stage of basic education, its significance and impact will be more far-reaching.As a large agricultural country,China has more than 70% of the rural population. The problem of rural education is very prominent. The relative professional development of rural primary school teachers, especially young teachers,is also a key issue that rural education and the whole education reform and development must face.Taking the young primary school teachers in a rural area of Jilin Province as the object of investigation, the present situation of the professional development of young rural primary school teachers was investigated. It was found that young rural teachers had insufficient professional knowledge reserve, professional ability, ambiguous professional ideal and motivation, lack of professional development planning and view of professional development. There are four aspects of deviation. This paper analyses the causes of the problems in the professional development of young teachers in rural primary schools from four aspects: society, schools, teachers' families and teachers' individuals. As far as social factors are concerned, the low social status and welfare benefits of young teachers in rural primary schools directly affect their enthusiasm for professional development;as far as school factors are concerned, the lagging management and evaluation system of schools also restricts teachers' professional development to a certain extent;as far as family factors are concerned, raising young children is scattered.Teachers' energy is also an objective factor affecting teachers' professional development. As far as teachers' personal factors are concerned, some young teachers in rural primary schools have weak personal professional development will, which is also an important factor restricting their professional development. On the basis of the above research, this paper suggests that in order to improve the professional development level of young teachers in rural primary schools,at the macro-social level, teachers' welfare and social status need to be effectively improved. At the level of medium-sized schools,we should lighten the burden of teachers and give them more time and space for professional development;optimize the management and evaluation of young teachers;shape a cooperative team of young teachers to enhance their ability of cooperation and communication;enrich training forms and enhance the effectiveness of teacher professional development training. On the micro-personal level, young teachers need to give full play to their subjective initiative, establish self-development awareness and strive to improve their professional development level.
