| Education is the foundation.To realize the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,education is the basic project of the road to rejuvenation.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: "Accelerate the pace of development of education modernization and run a satisfactory education for the people." The "Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Education and Teaching and Comprehensively Improving the Quality of Compulsory Education"(June 23,2019)states: According to the "Four Good Teachers Standard",build a team of high-quality professional teachers.The core of realizing the power of education lies in the overall improvement of the quality of basic education,and the main position to improve the quality of basic education is to narrow the distance between rural education and urban education.Therefore,the weak link in rural education,the development of small-scale rural schools,cannot be ignored.To achieve the development of the quality of education in rural small-scale schools,we must devote our efforts to the development of youth education majors,so that young teachers can adopt modern education concepts,comprehensive learning,lifelong learning concepts,ethics and ethics,teacher professionalism,and master modern education methods.Only by comprehensively improving the level and adapting to the pace of development of the times can the quality of rural basic education be truly improved.Based on the theory of teacher professional development stage,this paper takes young teachers in rural small-scale schools as the research object,through the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,case study method and other research methods,from the teacher’s basic situation,teacher professional development level,teacher professional Three aspects of development activities investigated the status of professional development of young teachers in rural small-scale schools in Dongkou County.Through the description and analysis of the professional development level and professional development activities of young teachers in rural small-scale schools in Dongkou County.This study found that the main problems of the professional development of young teachers in rural small-scale schools in Dongkou County are: first,the lack of professional development motivation for young teachers,the conflict between professional ideals and reality,low professional identity,and obvious job burnout;second,the development of professional knowledge of young teachers Unbalanced,ontological knowledge can not meet the needs of multidisciplinary teaching,conditional knowledge is difficult to solve practical problems,practical knowledge is lacking;third,young teachers need to improve their professional skills,low information technology ability,insufficient teaching practice ability,education and scientific research ability weak.At the same time,this study explores the main factors affecting the professional development of young teachers in rural small-scale schools in Dongkou County from three levels: individual,school and society.Therefore,this article proposes the following countermeasures for the current problem of professional development of young teachers in rural small-scale schools in Dongkou County: 1.Improve management and enhance teachers’ professional development motivation.2.Set up posts on demand and increase the allocation of teachers in small-scale rural schools.3.According to the actual situation,carry out effective training.4.Inter-school cooperation to promote the sharing and exchange of teachers.5.Take multiple measures to build a multi-development platform for young teachers. |
