Education is a hundred years plan,the development of rural education needs high-quality teachers.Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform and the balanced development of compulsory education in guangxi,great changes have taken place in the appearance of basic education,especially in the rural areas,educational and teaching resources and environmental conditions have been greatly improved.The investment of education funds in rural areas has increased significantly,and the construction of teaching sites and teaching facilities in rural schools has been well strengthened and more rationally allocated.However,due to the complexity of teacher resources affected by various factors,it is difficult to achieve a balance with the city,so there is still a certain distance between the development of rural education and the society's expectation of rural education.In this context,it is necessary for the development of rural education to improve the imbalance of teachers by promoting the professional development of teachers in rural areas.The analysis and research on the professional development of young teachers in rural junior middle schools in Q city can provide strategic reference for the professional development of young teachers in rural junior middle schools in Q city,promote the rapid growth of young teachers in rural junior middle schools,and drive the collective development of rural teachers with the backbone group of schools.This study with Q city young teachers in the countryside junior middle school as the research object,this group from the Angle of professional development,investigate the present situation of the young teachers in the countryside junior middle school,analyzed the problems existing in the professional development and the cause of the problem,combined with the education theory,attempts to explore the countryside junior middle school young teachers professional strategy,provide the basis for regulating the behavior of good education teaching,lay the foundation for the lead teacher development.Although many scholars focus on the professional development of young teachers in rural junior middle schools and have obtained some research results,there are few studies on young teachers in rural junior middle schools in specific areas,and the professional development path of young teachers in rural junior middle schools in specific regions has not been defined.This paper analyzes the professional development of young teachers in rural junior middle schools in Q city,guangxi province by the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview.The professional development of teachers was studied from the three dimensions of professional philosophy,teacher ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability,in an attempt to find out the problems existing in the professional development of young teachers in rural junior middle schools in Q city.The research found that the problems in the professional development of young teachers in rural middle schools in Q city mainly include: the lag in educational concept,the weak understanding and understanding of occupation;Lack of external force in personal cultivation and behavior;Teachers' professional knowledge level is uneven;Lack of learning and training of professional knowledge;Teaching activities failed to keep pace with The Times;Class management ability needs to be improved.From the teacher's own factors,combined with the external environment,to find out the causes of the problems.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the problems in the professional development of young teachers in rural junior middle schools and the characteristics of the professional development conditions of young teachers in rural areas of Q city,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.In this paper,based on middle school teachers' professional standards,choose this one gradually marginalized groups of teachers in rural as the research object,explore the Q,the countryside junior middle school the characteristics of young teachers' professional development,from individuals,schools,government and education administrative department of the three aspects put forward the strategy to promote the development of the countryside junior middle school young teachers professional.The specific contents of the strategies include: clarifying the social mission and professional spirit of rural teachers,formulating personal career plans scientifically,and establishing the concept of lifelong learning to achieve personal professional development;Rural schools promote the professional development of young rural teachers by developing school-based training and opening up a new platform for teacher development.They promote the professional development of young rural teachers through professional title assessment,implement the developmental teacher evaluation system,and provide institutional guarantee and material support to promote the professional development of young rural teachers.The government and the administrative departments of education should increase the investment in basic education to improve the treatment of young teachers in rural areas and improve the administrative efficiency to provide better services for young teachers in rural areas.It is hoped that the research conclusions of this paper can provide theoretical and practical references for the professional development of rural young teachers and contribute to the promotion of the professional development of rural teachers.
