Research On The Application Of Reciprocity Model In Interpersonal Communication Difficulties Of The Elders Lost His Only Child

The implementation of the one-child policy in the past thirty years has brought a positive impact on China's population control and economic development,while avoiding the negative impact.The special group "the elders losing their only child" is produced under the one-child policy,with the changing of population structure,the arrival of the aging society,the number of groups increased gradually,the resulting social problems are growing."Lost" has aroused widespread concern in society,the child's death,cause serious physical and psychological blow to their parents,after losing the one-child,many elderly people choose self closed,escape from reality,which for their interpersonal and social life brought great change.How to properly deal with the problem of the elders losing their only child,to help this special group of people,not only related to the special group of their own development,but also related to social harmony and stability.This study has taken the elders losing their only child living in Nanjing District of Pukou city streets of J as an example,the interpersonal dilemma the elderly group work mechanism relying on "The spring sunshine project " the intervention.In the previous questionnaire survey and questionnaire survey,it was found that the elderly who lost their only child had some problems in interpersonal communication.Emotionally,the elders showed pessimism,inferiority,weariness,negative emotions,and to worry about the future life;in behavior,often out of control performance,interpersonal circle chose to escape from familiar and self enclosed,through the virtual social network to seek comfort.At the same time,the author analyzes the reasons for the losing only child of the elderly to produce these behaviors,due to changes in family structure,cognitive changes and the weakening of personal feelings,leading to the plight of the elderly who lost their only child interpersonal communication.In this regard,the researchers selected the loss of 10 strong homogeneity of the elders losing their child,according to the analysis of the basic situation of the elderly,Select the group work in the reciprocal mode of social work intervention,for the loss of only child of the elderly to carry out research on the issue of interpersonal communication.The team under the Reciprocity Model is a system of team members with common goals,in this group,the loss of the only child of the elderly can be identified with each other,resulting in a warm sense of belonging,and mutual benefit,to achieve the goal of improving interpersonal communication.The researchers by planning "Meet is a fate" and"I participate,I'm happy","You and Me","Unity is strength","Hello,friends","You don't know me","Happy you and me","Tomorrow is still brilliant" eight thematic activities to specific intervention.And after each activity,are summarized and evaluated,to improve the activities.After the end of the activity,the effect was assessed by the measurement and comparison of the scale,the self feedback of the service object,the evaluation of others and the observation of social workers,to understand the intervention effect of Reciprocity Model on the interpersonal communication of the elderly who lost their only child.The results show that the interpersonal status of the elderly who lost the only child has been effectively improved,and the intervention of group work had a certain effect.Finally,the researcher summarizes and reflects the whole process of the research.
