Physical fitness is an indispensable and important index in the assessment of the quality of contemporary children.It is the driving force of children's growth and development,the cornerstone of healthy sports,and the condition of happy growth.The level of physical fitness directly reflects the state of children's body.Excellent physical fitness provides children with basic body movements,motor skills and quality training in a purposeful,planned and targeted way.Early childhood is the most basic and rapid period of life development.But with the rapid development of society,social competition is increasingly fierce,many parents of "afraid of children lose on the starting line" psychological and worry too much about child safety reasons,for young children more focus on intelligence development,less concerned about children's physical development,over time,make the child develop a sedentary lifestyle is less,more directly affect the young children's healthy growth.Therefore,it is very important to pay attention to children's physical development.Play is the nature of children,how to use play in practice,practice in play happy teaching forms and a variety of training content,for the promotion of children to establish sports thinking,improve the ability to control sports,and then improve the overall development of children's body level is of great significance.In this paper,90 children aged 3-6 years in kaidiyoutong kindergarten of liaoyang city were studied with the methods of literature review,interview,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,so as to explore the influence of play-based teaching on children's physical development.The results found that(1)according to the national children mean five-point scale assessment standard index,a reverse layup before 3-4 years old children 10 meters by average disciplinary value range for 1 minute,standing long jump,tennis throw far in succession,crook proneness,balance beam average disciplinary value interval of 2 points,the index failed to meet three points score to pass the standards of the state;Before the experiment,the children aged 4-5 years old were in the mean value range of 2 points in the10-meter reverse run,standing long jump,tennis throw,sitting body forward bend and balance beam walk,and all the indicators failed to reach the national standard of 3 points.Before the experiment,children aged 5-6 years old ran and walked on the balance beam for 10 meters with a mean punishment range of 2 points,failing to meet the national standard of 3points,while the mean punishment range of standing long jump,tennis throw and sitting bodyforward bend was 3 points,barely reaching the national standard of passing.This shows that children's physical fitness level is poor at the present stage,and the indicators of their physical fitness are generally low and their sports ability is weak.(2)after the intervention of playfulness teaching,children aged 3-4 years in the experimental group showed significant differences compared with the control group in 10-meter turning run,standing long jump,tennis throwing,sitting body forward bending and balance beam walking(P<0.05).Children aged 4-5 years had significant differences in 10-meter turn run,standing long jump and tennis throw(P<0.05)compared with the control group,and there were significant differences in sit-forward bending and balance beam walking(P<0.01)compared with the control group.Children aged 5-6 years had significant differences in 10-meter turn run,standing long jump and tennis throw compared with the control group(P<0.05),and significant differences in sit-forward bend and balance beam walking compared with the control group(P<0.01).It shows that playfulness teaching plays an active role in promoting the development of children's speed,agility,coordination,strength,flexibility and balance,and is one of the effective ways to improve children's physical fitness.Suggestions: at the present stage,kindergartens should attach importance to the education of children's physical development.In practical teaching,playfulness teaching should be used to release the children's playful nature,design teaching contents and methods in a flexible and diverse way,and arrange the sports load and density in a scientific and reasonable way,so as to improve children's physical exercise quality step by step.
