| Rural teachers play a vital role in the development of rural education,which to a large extent affects the level of rural education.However,due to the imperfection of the incentive mechanism,rural teachers are not enthusiastic and lack of motivation,and outstanding talents have low willingness to teach and remain in teaching.This paper takes rural teachers as the research object,takes incentive mechanism as the breakthrough point,and selects Guangxi Ziyuan County as the field research area.The research is gradually carried out from six main levels:research background,theoretical basis,current situation investigation,problem analysis,reason induction,countermeasures and suggestions.A field survey of rural teachers in Ziyuan County found that there are still problems in the incentive mechanism of rural teachers in the aspects of salary and benefit incentive,incentive incentive,job title promotion Incentive and honor incentive.Through policy analysis and Field research,it is found that there are still some problems in the incentive mechanism for rural teachers in Guangxi in terms of salary,welfare,rewarding performance,title evaluation and honor incentive.Through in-depth investigation and attribution analysis,it is found that the problems existing in the incentive mechanism for rural teachers in Guangxi are influenced by factors such as investment in educational resources,rural working environment,welfare guarantee system,performance evaluation mechanism,title evaluation and employment system,professional development system and honor system.Based on the actual needs of rural teachers,the article uses the two-factor theory and group motivation theory to propose improvement measures from the aspects of performance evaluation and reward,education funds investment,working environment,salary and welfare guarantee of health care factors,so as to eliminate the dissatisfaction of rural teachers.From the aspects of professional title evaluation andemployment,professional development,honor system and other aspects of incentive factors,improvement measures are proposed to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of rural teachers. |
