With the increasing demand of teacher resources, the proportion of young teachers in Colleges and universities is also growing. Many teaching and scientific research tasks must be completed by young teachers. We have to say, young college teachers are the backbone of the development of the school. And even the development of higher education in our country is determined by their level of development. However, domestic colleges and universities for young college teachers incentive management is not perfect. In the aspects like teacher salary, working environment, career development, continue to education and training, they do not have system to improve the incentive system. For young college teachers incentives failed to comply with its unique characteristics. Most of the management methods only use the enterprise management methods. At the same time, their incentive means is single, lacking attention to the characteristics of this group of young college teachers.Due to the important status of the young teachers and the problems of the existing incentive system,In this paper I will take some young teachers of a “985”college as sample,in the framework of Herzberg's two factor theory, establish multiple linear regression models to study the incentive mechanism for young teachers in higher education. My research will based on the human capital characteristics of young college teachers, according to the status quo of management in Colleges and universities and its particularity, try to establish incentive programs for teachers in Colleges and universities, making the management system of college teachers more humane. At the same time through scientific management methods, using system means to encourage young teachers to complete their work better. And based on this, promote the school's long-term development.
