In recent years, as China’s economy continues to develop, the number of volunteers involved in gradually increasing service content and services are increasingly being used in the field, play an important role in promoting economic development and social progress. Volunteers of different colleges and universities than ever before other volunteers, with the times, plenty of time, the advantage of a strong sense of responsibility, but also different than the other volunteers have arbitrary, lack of experience and other characteristics, these characteristics also led to university volunteers management agencies need to improve ideas, propose new approaches to ensure the smooth development of university volunteers.Today’s society has become a university volunteers quantity, normalization, the effect good team. However, as the team has grown, issues arising are endless. In this paper, the problem arising in college volunteers for current university management were analyzed, and an example of Inner Mongolia University of Technology conducted a survey and visited the survey. I use two-factor theory of university funds to support volunteer activities, volunteer culture, assessment system, personal security volunteers were analyzed, learned volunteer management system in colleges and universities in the presence of various system is not perfect, imperfect problem.For this condition to be investigated in a comprehensive variety of research materials I visited draw some incentives to improve the university volunteer response. To strengthen incentives among volunteer incentive function by strengthening laws and policies to support and improve the performance appraisal system, strengthen volunteer advocacy, intensive training mechanisms and other means to resolve the current university volunteer management among the existing problems.College volunteers have become among the important volunteer groups, and continues to develop and grow, which is why volunteers incentives to explore college will also receive attention of the majority of scholars, university administrators will also volunteer organizations volunteer management among universities gradually explore management methods, improve the management system. In this paper, there are still some problems in depth research ideas and research, the need for further reflection and exploration.
