Agility quality is the comprehensive expression of various skills of human bodies and physical qualities during exercise.And excellent agility can help us better master all kinds of sports technology.According to the current situation of physical quality education and combining the human movement development theory,the sensitive period theory of action development with the zone of proximal development in kindergartens.The author proposes the agility physical education teaching method that conforms to the law of children’s physical and mental development so that enhance the agility quality of young children and promote the overall development of children’s physical and mental health.This paper studies the children’s agility quality teaching methods in three ages by looking up literature research,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics etc.Meantime,this study the author selected two small classes,two middle classes and two large classes from Dalian Hailan Kindergarten as research objects and grouped by class so that can test the rationality and effectiveness of the teaching method.Then,researcher randomly divided into experiments according to the form of natural classes,namely experimental group and control group.The children in the experimental group adopted the agility quality physical education teaching method,and the control group adopted the traditional physical activity teaching model.The agility quality test was carried out before and after the experimental intervention.The research instrumental was the 10-meter turn-back running project of the National Fitness Measurement Standard(Children’s Part).The data were analyzed by covariance method.The results showed that the sensitivity of the children in the experimental group at the three ages was better than that of the control group.Through comparing and analyzing the data,it showed that the sensitivity of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group in terms of the children of three ages Analysis from the human movement development theory,the sensitive period of action development and the zone proximal development theory,this can show that agility quality physical education teaching method can play a positive role in the improvement of children’s agility quality.In order to better improve the physical quality of young children,the author put forward following suggestions are proposed: the physical education teaching methods should conform the rules of children’s physical and mental development;and vigorously develop the cooperative awareness of children’s physical education: teachers should set up more the sports activities for children’ development.
