The purpose of this study was to explore 8-weeks resisted speed, agility training, and non-resisted speed agility training on twenty young tennis athlete’s specific physical quality.Experiment method on 13-15 years old, twenty young tennis athlete from an army tennis team as the experimental object. We spit them into two groups, eight boys and two girls in each group. One group was the experiment group while the other group was the placebo group. The experiment group did an eight weeks speed agility training. The placebo group did an eight weeks non-speed agility training.Eight weeks later, analyzed the two groups to see what the difference of tennis qualities within each group.Result:(1)In specific speed, after eight weeks of training intervention, the experiment and placebo group in 20 MS and SSS both have significant improve(P<0.05),and between the group don’t have significant improve(P>0.05).(2)In specific agility, both experiment and placebo group in SR and TSAT have significant improve(P<0.05),and between the groups,in TSAT have a significant improve(P<0.05).(3)in specific power,in experiment group both SLJ and VJT have significant improve(P<0.05),but for placebo group only VJT have significant improve(P<0.05),and between the group don’t have significant improve(P>0.05).(4)in specific strength, experiment group only WST/L have significant improve(P<0.05),and for placebo group don’t have significant improve(P>0.05),and between the group don\t have significant improve(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Compare in the group, resisted speed and agility training has a positive effect on the young tennis athletes on specific agility, specific speed.(2)Compare between the group, compared to the non-speed and agility training, resistant speed and agility training can positively improved specific agility. However, for the specific speed and specific strength there is no significant difference.(3)13-15 years old teenager tennis athletes can use both resistance speed and agility training or nonresistance speed and agility training for tennis conditioning training. It is better to improve the specific strength to combined with the traditional resistance training.(4)Both resistance speed and agility training and non-resistance speed and agility training will not bad effect FMS score, and before and after test, youth athletes all in a good body condition.
