The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of SAQ training on the second grade primary school students' agility quality,find suitable training methods for primary school students to improve their agility quality,effectively seize the sensitive periods of children's agility quality,tap the development potential of primary school students' agility quality at the golden stage.Parents and children thoroughly understand the characteristics of their physical development to lay a good foundation for improving physical fitness.At the same time,it can expand the teaching horizon of teachers,improve children's enthusiasm for participating in training and sports level,and provide a scientific basis for future research on related elementary school physical education.This study used literature data method,interview method,experiment method and mathematical statistics method to explore the impact of SAQ training on the agility quality of second grade students in elementary school.The study used 88 students from the second grade of Jiankang Road Primary School in Anqing City,Anhui Province as the experimental object,divided into experimental groups and divided into 44 people(replace 26 men and 18 women).The experimental group uses SAQ training,and the other group uses conventional agility quality exercises.And two groups all selected the "T" test,cross quadrant jump,4×10m turnback run and "Z" shape run as the measurement indicators of agility quality.After 12 weeks of training,the results of alternative agility quality indicators were measured,and the effects of different training methods on the agility quality of primary school students were compared and analyzed.The results show that before the experiment,the horizontal comparison of the experimental group and the control group,the agility quality index of the experimental group and the control group "T" shape test,cross quadrant jump,4 × 10 m turn back,"Z" shape running and 1 minute skip.There is not much difference in test scores,and there is no statistically significant difference,which provides a reasonable premise for the implementation of SAQ training experiments.After the first stage of training,the test group and the control group have achieved certain improvements in the test results of various agility quality.Among them,the test group 's 1-minute skipping rope performance is significantly different from the control group.There is no significant difference in the measurement results of the index “T” test,4× 10 m turnback run,"Z" run and cross quadrant jump;the main reason may be that the first stage is the introductory teaching stage of SAQ training,the training time of primary school students is shorter,and the relevant agility quality indicators are not obvious enough.After the second stage of training,the test results of the agility quality indicators of the experimental group and the control group have improved to a certain extent.The test group 's agility quality indicators have a greater improvement in the test results,and the difference between the test group and the control group has increased.There is a significant difference between the "shaped test",the 4 × 10 m turnback run and the "Z" shaped run.The performance of the 1-minute skipping rope is very significant,and there is no significant difference in the cross quadrant jump;the second stage is the promotion stage of SAQ training.The best test index scores of the experimental group have been rapidly improved,and there are obvious differences compared with the experimental group.After the third stage of training,there are very significant differences between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment in the agility quality index “T” test,4 × 10 m turn back,“Z” run and 1-minute rope skipping performance;cross quadrant jump performance significantly different.The third stage is the SAQ comprehensive training stage,which shows that there is a certain difference between SAQ training and traditional exercise methods.SAQ training can promote the development of the second grade primary school students' agility quality.After 12 weeks of training,the experimental group and the control group showed very significant differences in comparison with their respective pre-experiment results,indicating that both SAQ training and traditional agility quality training are conducive to improving the agility quality of second grade students in elementary school.However,comparing the test scores of the two groups of students,it can be seen that SAQ training is more conducive to improving the agility of second-grade students in primary schools than traditional sensitivity training.Research conclusions show that compared with traditional agility quality training,SAQ training has new and unique training methods and low requirements for venue equipment,which can more effectively arouse the training interest of primary school students and increase attention.Compared with the agility training in the regular physical education class,SAQ training can promote the development of the agility of the second grade students of elementary school.
