The physical health of Chinese students have constantly declined since 1980s.Middle s chool students have great presure of getting a better senior high school,then their poor health conditions which can be seen clearly.Thus our country have been advocating for buliding he althy campus since 1990s.With the process of urbanization after the reform and opening-up policy,the compulsory education has been extended,and the number of school has increased between urban and rural for these years.However,there are also many problems such as co mplex local enviroment,irregular students,and undesired teaching effect.So It is not satisfac tory to build healthy campus and develop students' health between urban and rural middle sc hool.We should immediately build healthy campus to imporve students' health.This article s cientifically explaned five important aspects of building healthy campus by the concept of he alth campus--the hardware of school,healthy campus culture,healthy psychological enviro ment,healthy local enviroment,and healthy teaching enviroment.We have found out some p roblems in middle school between city and country by questionnaire survey which are lack o f culture atmosphere,ideal teaching concept,lower investment and concern of government,a nd weak in psychologic health of whole middle school.Finally we concluded that we should renew the concept of school management,build better campus enviroment,and imporve psyc hologic healthy education.The key point of this article is that it explained the new teaching c oncept of health first through building of healthy campus which provided us a new sight.To day only by concerning middle school in city and country,it is meaningful for our country's urbanization process.
