At present,although sports in our country develop rapidly,schools,parents and students still can not fully realize the importance of sports,and generally attach importance to culture and sports.According to the survey,the annual obesity,vision decline and other chronic diseases of adolescents in China show an upward trend.After the promulgation and implementation of the Program of Health China 2030,it has a positive effect on the development of physical education and health curriculum in schools.School physical education and health curriculum is one of the important ways to implement the strategy of "healthy China ",which is to cultivate students’ good sports habits and health outlook It is an important means to improve students’ physical and mental health.Under the background of "healthy China ",this paper studies the current situation and countermeasures of the physical education and health courses in 8 high schools in Nanan District of Chongqing by means of literature,field investigation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.(1)Physical education teachers: the proportion of male and female physical education teachers in high schools in Nanan District is out of proportion,and the number of female teachers is relatively small;the number of teachers with high academic qualifications and high professional titles is relatively small;the number of participants in training and study every semester is less,and most physical education teachers tend to have a better understanding of the physical education and health curriculum standards.(2)Physical education curriculum objectives: Nanan District senior high school physical education teachers to the physical education curriculum objectives and teaching objectives of a higher degree of cognition;through the study of physical education and health curriculum,students’ physical and mental health improvement degree;physical education teachers in the way to achieve the teaching objectives to set lower goals,improve teaching methods,participate in training awareness.(3)Physical Education Teaching Content: Nanan district high school physical education and health curriculum teaching content is relatively rich,but volleyball,tennis,swimming and other courses offered less,even some schools for tennis,swimming and other courses are not in a state;students’ satisfaction and support for physical education and health curriculum content is relatively high,they want to learn scientific training methods and knowledge;physical education teachers to carry out health education curriculum support relatively high,can maintain a weekly health education theory curriculum;Nanan district high school physical education and health curriculum more serious phenomenon,2 classes per week,and 2.The number,does not accord with Chongqing high school physical education class time setting stipulation;the physical education teacher weekly class time quantity is big,the teaching class number is more than 5 and above occupies the majority.(4)Physical education teaching method and organization form: the teaching method of physical education teachers in Nanan district is too traditional,the method is single and lack of innovation;the class teaching organization form mainly adopts administrative class grouping,the group teaching organization form is rich and diverse,basically can satisfy the teaching demand,but this also puts forward the higher request to the physical education teachers to choose the group teaching organization form reasonably in the teaching process.(5)Development and Utilization of Sports Resources: The development of sports and health curriculum resources in Nanan District High School is concentrated on sports equipment and teaching content,parents and students rarely participate in the development of sports curriculum resources,and the process of resource development is faced with a lack of material resources;Nanan District High School has developed school-based teaching materials,teachers have a relatively good grasp of sports teaching materials;Nanan District schools lack indoor sports venues,equipment and facilities aging more serious;education departments need to increase the school sports financial support.(6)Physical Education Curriculum Evaluation: In the evaluation of physical education and health curriculum in Nanan High School,teachers tend to evaluate students’ learning effect in terms of knowledge,skills and physical ability,but less cooperation on learning attitude and friendship;the evaluation method is based on traditional evaluation method and the evaluation form is comprehensive evaluation;physical education teachers need to improve their scientific research ability,and the evaluation method of teachers’ evaluation method is mainly students’ learning effect.Research Suggestions :(1)Strengthen the construction of teaching staff,increase the proportion of female teachers in the recruitment of PE teachers;introduce PE teachers with high education and high quality and rich experience,improve the overall professional quality and scientific research ability of PE teachers;the schools and related departments organize teaching and training reasonably,highlight the individuation,diversification and diversification of training,avoid some forms of report training as far as possible,hire experienced scholars and teachers to demonstrate in the form of open classes,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of PE teachers themselves;strengthen the standard learning of PE and health courses,eliminate single documents issued,and improve teachers’ own management On the level of literacy.(2)Strengthen the study of physical education teaching objectives,formulate teaching methods according to the actual situation of schools and students,and achieve teaching objectives.(3)Strengthen the overall construction of physical education curriculum content to meet the needs of students for physical education;arrange physical education reasonably,according to the Chongqing Education Commission’s regulations on physical education class hours in senior high school to ensure three physical education and health courses per week,to eliminate the phenomenon of interdisciplinary occupation;arrange physical education teachers’ weekly class hours reasonably,and recruit temporary teachers from society and schools to share physical education and health courses.(4)Strengthen the creative ability of PE teachers’ teaching methods,pay attention to individual differences of students and pay attention to Teach students according to their aptitude.For example: for students like sports,can extend exercise and practice time,and for boring physical education teaching content,physical education teachers can use game competition,discussion,inquiry and so on to enhance students’ interests and hobbies.Physical education teachers must improve their own innovative ability,dare to try and innovate various teaching methods,so as to facilitate the improvement of students’ ability of independent students.The school should strengthen the connection,facilitate the cooperation and the exchange between the PE teachers,thus enhance the teacher’s teaching ability.Only in this way can we achieve "teaching has law,teaching has no definite law,it is important to get the law ",so as to reflect the teaching technology With art.(5)Strengthen the development of sports resources,highlight the characteristics of nationality,diversity,novelty and diversity,encourage students and parents to participate in the development of sports and health curriculum resources,and put forward valuable suggestions for the development of school sports and health curriculum resources;relevant departments and schools increase the support of sports funds,improve the construction of indoor sports venues,equipment and equipment maintenance,etc.(6)Improve the evaluation system of physical education and health curriculum,especially the evaluation of learning attitude and friendship cooperation in history,and strive to combine subjective and objective evaluation in the form of evaluation.
