Continuing education in rural primary schools is an important way to improve the quality of rural primary school teachers and ensure the quality of rural education.At present,China's rural education is facing many difficulties,such as the shortage of funds for rural education,curriculum and teaching reform seriously lagging behind,the irrational structure of rural teachers,the number of inadequate quality is not high,seriously hindering the overall level of education and educational balance;rural primary school teachers There are many problems in the training,such as the deepening of training content,the actual contact with the local teachers is not close,the form of training is too single,the enthusiasm of teachers participating in training is not high.The purpose of this study is to study the training model of rural primary school teachers from the perspective of the quality of rural primary school teachers themselves,with a view to exploring a suitable for China's rural primary school teacher training features and fruitful,Practical Rural Teacher Training Model.This paper starts from the following five aspects:Firstly,the paper puts forward the research question,the purpose and the research content,the literature review and the research significance,the research method and the research mentality;Secondly,carries on the basic concept to the rural primary school teacher training And the theoretical research,mainly on the rural primary school teachers,continuing education,rural primary school teacher training,rural primary school teacher training model to explain the basic concepts,analysis of support for rural primary school teacher training theoretical basis and basic analytical logic;again Hunan Normal The author analyzes the present situation of teacher training in rural primary schools,on the basis of relevant basic concepts and theories,taking the training department of Hunan College for Preschool Education as an example,from training bases,training subjects,training objects,training Content,methods of training and training outcomes.The following is a case study of the training department of Hunan College for Preschool Education,which analyzes the problem of teachers training in rural primary schools,and analyzes the situation of teacher training in Hunan Province.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the training department of the junior college teachers,this paper explores the problems in the continuing education of the primary school teachers in rural areas in our country.At last,taking the training department of Hunan College for Preschool Education as an example,Based on the analysis of problems in the training department of colleges and universities,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to reform the rural primary school teachers' continuing education in China,and summarizes the difficulties and innovations in the conclusion.
