| The prosperous development of "Internet +" technology has brought about tremendous changes in our country and promoted the integration of the Internet and various industries.The integration of "Internet +" into the education industry has promoted the vigorous development of the education industry and transformed the teaching model.The new teaching model has brought new opportunities and challenges to the teaching industry.However,the slow economic and technological development in rural areas has seriously affected the development of rural education and hindered the promotion and popularization of "Internet +" and the education industry.Based on this,this article proposes a research on rural teachers’ network training under the perspective of "Internet +".By analyzing the main influencing factors of rural teachers’ online training in the Internet background,we put forward safeguard measures to ensure the continuous development of rural teachers’ online training,aiming to improve the teaching ability of rural teachers,improve the quality of rural education,and promote the prosperity and development of rural education.Defining the core concepts in the research of rural teachers’ online training from the perspective of “Internet +”,using lifelong learning theory,education informatization theory,modern distance education theory,teacher professional development theory and other theories as guidance to analyze rural teachers in the context of the Internet The related theories of online research and training have revealed a new model of rural teachers’ professional development.Designing a survey questionnaire for rural teachers’ online training under the Internet background,and analyzing the status quo of rural teachers’ online training under the Internet background from the aspects of information literacy,schools’ attitudes towards information literacy,network training,and schools’ attitudes towards network training.The research results show that there are problems such as a large gender gap and a large age gap among the rural teachers.The large age gap affects the popularization of information technology in rural education;the particularity of the environment in rural schools affects the smooth development of online training.Based on the survey results of the status quo of rural teachers’ online training under the “Internet+” perspective,analyze the rural teachers’ online training under the Internet background from the aspects of rural school software and hardware facilities,individual rural teachers,rural school educational resources,expert support services,and subjective influencing factors.The research results show that problems such as information equipment and teacher age seriously hinder the smooth development of rural teacher network training;the large age gap of rural teachers has caused rural teachers to be unable to use information technology proficiently in actual teaching;the limitations of rural schools have seriously affected the rural teacher network the training progressed smoothly.Based on the influencing factors of rural teachers’ online training under the perspective of "Internet+",from the aspects of policy orientation,system guidance,platform construction,etc.,measures to ensure the continuous development of rural teachers’ online training are proposed.The research results show that relevant government departments and schools should make full use of resources to create more online training and learning conditions for rural teachers;improve the online training and learning system,and improve the active and active attitude of rural teachers in online training and learning;the construction of an online training platform for rural teachers the continuous network training has laid the foundation. |
