In recent years, all levels of government and education authority pay more attention to therural teacher training from the purpose of national strategy of "national training plan" to the county levelteacher training school of continuing education for rural teachers. The percent of Chinese population inrural areas are more than60%. Therefore, the mathematical level of the whole nation and the overall nationdevelopment are directly influenced by the quality of rural teachers.Teacher training in rural areas is the main topic of teacher education and it has been raised tothe national strategic position. The idea of teacher training has been trend which is required to pay moreand more attention to the actual effect. However, the current teacher training in China, especially therural problems of teachers training, focuses on the training content and training models.In this study, the teachers and students of Henan University "national training plan" in2012is mysurvey object. The main research ways of this paper are documentary, question survey and collectivediscussion. I survey the teachers training contents and training methods which reveal the requirement ofrural teacher training in math and attribution questions. I make practicality consideration and give foursuggestions. We should set up a scientific training content, set up effective way of training, improve theevaluation methods, establish various evaluation models and strengthen the construction of training team.
