Depression is a mental illness that severely affects human health.Depressive symptoms or syndromes include negative thoughts,pessimistic emotions,self-injury or suicidal thoughts and behaviors.People with depression have become increasingly concerned in recent decades.Medical social workers have been exposed to many patients during the work of mental health department at the S hospital in T city.In the process of intervention,it was found that the proportion of patients with depression was large,and there were many old patients who were admitted to the hospital.After exploring the reasons for the repeated admission of depressed patients,this paper identified the suActs as depression patients in the general hospital mental health department.Medical social workers use social support network theory as the basic theory of research,using the group work method to design the self-help group activities,"there are you on the medical road",incorporating service oActs into self-help group activities.At the same time,personal network work and case management techniques in the organization of network connectionare used to provide services for the rehabilitation of depressed patients.At the same time,the individual network work and the case management of the organization network work are used for depression.The rehabilitation services of the patients are provided by means of coordination,connection and guidance to help the depressive patients establish the informal support network during hospitalization,help their families rebuild a new interactive model,and improve their ability to search for resources and support after the return of the community.Compared with those in the control group,the depressive mood in the experimental group was significantly improved in the second weeks of hospitalization,and a closerelationship was established between the patients and the patients,which could organize the recreational activities spontaneously,and the scores of their safety and self-efficacy scale were significantly improved.It is concluded that the "comprehensive" social work service can help depressive patients to build up a mutual support network during hospitalization,improving their anxiety and depression,enhancing their confidence in life and interpersonal skills to a greater degree in the same time of hospitalization,and enhancing their social participation.,with the power and ability to promote their further rehabilitation.
