The transformation of modern medical model highlights the health concept of "whole person".We should not only pay attention to "treatment",but also pay more attention to "doctors".Under this trend,the introduction of social work in the medical field has begun to wait.This paper is about the research on a series of reflection process after the interns of medical social workers are involved in the outpatient service of C Hospital.For hospital outpatients,patients have severe medical fear,family members have strong medical consultation,and medical staff are facing strong work pressure.In this context,the recommend of medical social work into the outpatient clinic can appropriately alleviate the above problems.This paper mainly selects the author and three medical social worker interns in the outpatient department of C Hospital to conduct in-depth interviews,focusing on the problems encountered by medical social worker interns in the process of outpatient service and how to become outpatient medical social workers.Finally,combined with experience and historical analysis,the main conclusions are as follows: first,medical social workers should awaken the concept of service and have an accurate grasp of the expression of outpatient group service concept and the shaping of values.Second,in outpatient service,medical social work interns can shape the professionalism of social work from three aspects: understanding the professional image of medical social work,seeing the integration of professional identity and role orientation,and cutting into the consciousness,action and practice of professional ability.enhance your professionalism.Third,how to become a professional outpatient medical social worker can start from constructing the BPM(Business Proceed Management)business process management model with the integration of the relationship system of outpatient work,people-oriented demand system,talent training system and information system,in order to transform the pyramid management mode of hospital outpatient service divided by functional departments into the network organization management mode of hospital process-oriented.Combined with these findings,the author puts forward some suggestions and strategies for the development of outpatient medical social work service.mainly from the lack of development of outpatient medical social workers and the depth of outpatient medical work,it is concluded that the outpatient service of medical social workers should be standardized and persistent.
