The brain drain of social work in China has become a hot topic in academic circles.Based on the dynamic survey data of social work in China,this study explores the influencing factors of social workers’ turnover intention from two dimensions of formal support and informal support from the perspective of social support network.The results show that in terms of formal support,institutional support affects social workers’ turnover intention;in terms of informal support,social workers’ professional identity,the attitude of social workers’ relatives and friends,and social workers’ working emotions affect social workers’ turnover intention.In view of the above factors affecting the resignation intention of social workers,this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures: 1.Ensure the function of social work supervision and establish a team of excellent supervision talents;2.Carry out group building regularly to improve the working environment;3.Conduct knowledge and skills training regularly to improve the professional competence of social workers;4.Raise the salary level and improve the incentive mechanism;5.The organization is endowed with more power to enhance the sense of belonging of social workers;6.Increase publicity and policy support to enhance social recognition of social work;7.Summarize the results in time to improve the professional identity of social workers;8.Self-adjustment mentality,avoid getting into emotional difficulties.In order to alleviate the serious situation of social work brain drain and effectively promote the professionalization of social work to provide suggestions. |
