Analysis Of Social Support Network For The Rehabilitation Of Depressed Patients

The rapid pace of modern social development,as well as the survival of the fittest mechanism caused by fierce social competition,makes many people suffer a lot of mental pressure in life.When this pressure cannot be correctly and timely solved,some people will unconsciously have psychological problems,which will lead to depression.The prevalence of depression in today's society is increasing year by year.The way to cure depression is not only drug treatment to rehabilitate patients,but more importantly,to enable patients to achieve social rehabilitation through personal support network.Therefore,social work has a long way to go in helping patients with depression recover in the social support network.To help more people with depression of rehabilitation in the social support networks,based on the research background,this paper,taking the research of three questions,one is the description of depression patients' social support networks in the rehabilitation process condition,the second is analysis of depression patients in the rehabilitation process of the defects in the social support network,three is to explore the social work for the rehabilitation of depression to construct effective social support network.The author by personally involved in the process of care for patients with depression,social support gained by the object of study,the author described depression patients rehabilitation process into four stages,respectively is ill,early diagnosis,early treatment of mid and late rehabilitation in patients with depression in these four stages for all the support form the depression patients recovery of social support network,using the interview method and the method of observation,understand the object of study to support behavior problems appeared in the process of understanding and support.To sum up the deficiency in the rehabilitation social support network for depressed patients,the lack of psychological behavior support and drug use support is mainly attributed to the false cognition of depressed patients and the need to participate in autonomy.The lack of support from family members is mainly attributed to the emotional and physical burden of caring for patients.The lack of hospital support is mainly attributed to the limitation of existing medical resources and the tension between doctors and patients.The lack of link support is mainly due to a lack of communication and the absence of intermediaries.For thisshortage,illustrates the social work intervention in patients with depression of necessary social support networks,and to social workers how to effectively construct depressed patients recovery of social support network action design,action strategy respectively patients self support social workers using the theory of cognitive behavior theory,advantage perspective to help patients to remove irrational thinking,found the advantage of egotism,stimulate the egotism force of art,let the director to realize self support;The core network strategy is that social workers help the subject resolve the existing problems in the support and consolidate the subject's existing support network.The strategy of expanding network is that social workers help clients to link resources to expand support sources on the basis of the existing support network,and ultimately achieve the recovery of patients with depression.Social work helps depressed patients to build an effective social support network,where social workers participate in the timely discovery of problems in the support of the case,and solve the problems of the case effectively through social work actions.The author's original intention of writing this paper is to provide some reference for social workers to construct social support network for depressed patients.
