Thousand-Buddha Grottoes statues,the largest Stone Inscription in Sichuan province,is the most important art resources in Guangyuan.Therefore,the application of it in Art curriculum is the top task for the local primary and secondary school.Under such circumstances,Thousand-Buddha Grottoes statues as art resources in the Shejian primary school Art teaching exactly formalize the trend.Thousand-Buddha Grottoes statues,being the carrier of culture,has multidimensional value.Extracting the specific characteristics of it's underlying art value will make the foundation for developing the course,which will be the initial data in the Shejian primary school Art teaching and also for the function and meaning.What's more,the exploiting principle should be determined and the teaching material and plan should be compiled as well.On the basis of it's practical usage and the teaching feedback,we should perfect the method and strategy in the utilization of Thousand-Buddha Grottoes statues.According to the research findings: it is doable to apply Thousand-Buddha Grottoes statues art resources into the Shejian primary school Art teaching,replenishing and optimizing the structure of the present curriculum of art,and which give impetus to the development of students' art ability and teachers' educational scientific research level.Taking all the methods above into consideration,it will make a good foreshadowing in developing the unique school culture,and start a consciousness of conservation of Thousand-Buddha Grottoes statues through the practice of education...
