With the embedment of the new curriculum reform,the development of school-based curriculum also fully develops.The paper focus on the local cultural of Maiji Mountain cultural.The course try to build a reasonable operational local curriculum model,to provide a reference for the chinese school-based curriculum construction.I choose to use Taylor's goal model for curriculum construction.By the field survey,questionnaires,interviews,literature research,I get a conclusion that Maiji Mountain Grottoes culture has four characteristics:opening for a long time,caved a large scale,clearly show the aesthetic style of different period,has various Buddha status and world-famous status.It combines with the beautiful natural scenery.Maiji Mountain culture itself has the value of opening courses.In addition that students want to learn Maiji Mountain Grottoes culture and have a learning interest,so this course has the feasibility of development.After above research,this course has developed the curriculum goal from the three aspects which are knowledge and ability,process and method,emotional attitude value.Maiji Mountain Grottoes culture has plenty of Chinese language cultural characteristics,I will explain in seven aspects,that is:history changes,grotto culture,Buddhism,natural scenery,architectural resources,literary resources,celebrity anecdotes.Through the selection of course resources,suits to be selected at class.Finally,the course will be finalized as five chapters.By using the system of combining selection system,knowledge system,student system and practice system,we edit this course so that it is strongly systematic and normative,and easy to use in classroom teaching.In the process of curriculum implementation,principles of individualized teaching following,independent cooperative learning,development of students and teachers at the same time,poetry recitation,lectures and experiences on spot and other strategies to implement the curriculum.In the curriculum evaluation system,the most important is to evaluate the students performance by the way of studying.The evaluation of teachers themselves and the curriculum itself is also an important part of the course.Through two typical cases of exploration "smile of the core of history" and "sign upstairs of dispersed flowers",it basically established the implementation model.After the end of the course,the questionnaire and interview results show that the goal of curriculum setting has been achieved.
