| "Young overseas high-level talents introduction plan",as the highest level of talent introduction program,has attracted much attention since it launched in 2010.It is very significant for the further study and talents introduction to fully understand of the problems in the process of carrying out academic work,and the domestic academic development of "Youth Thousand Talent Scholars",which has political advantages and advantages of it.Based on the conception of basic information of the former sixth batches of"Youth Thousand Talent Scholars" and academic development,this study focused on the "Youth Thousand Talent Scholars" of academic work from the perspective of academic development by using qualitative research methods,and explored the development in teaching,scientific researches and services in the following aspects:the domestic academic development situation of "Youth Thousand Talent Scholars",the problems of "Youth Thousand Talent Scholars" in the process of carrying out academic work,the measures which can help "Youth Thousand Talent Scholars" run successfully.This study also summed up the problems about "Youth Thousand Talent Scholars" from political,institutional and individual level,and analyzed the characteristics of the academic development of the "Youth Thousand Talent Scholars"after being introduced to China,put forward the accurate suggestions on the problems in academic work as well.The study found that " Youth Thousand Talent Scholars " were greatly supported after their returning.Besides the group also established their own laboratory in a short period of time with their new reach team,and showing the features of innovation and diversification in academic work,dominated by multinational cooperation in scientific research,as well as promotion greatly regardless of the regulation.Specifically,"Youth Thousand Talent Scholars "were distinguished in teaching style by using international teaching language,diversified teaching methods and inquiry-based teaching activities.In the aspect of scientific research,the "Youth Thousand Talent Scholars" had their own ideas in guiding students with small and medium-sized team.They emphasized on cultivating the independence and innovation awareness of the students through more internationalized ways.In terms of service,only a few accept the administrative duties.As a result of a long period of overseas experience,their way of thinking and management style is more free and open,thus happened the change of organization of and management.But the "Youth Thousand Talent Scholars" also encountered some problems in the process of academic work:bothered by the phased policy support,the dilatory fund as well as the heavy examination pressures.Research also found that the actual situation of "Youth Thousand Talent Scholars "were different from their expectations after returning home,mainly for the difficulties in the construction of scientific research team,the application of scientific research fund,and poor communication with other domestic counterparts.By studying the current academic status of" Youth Thousand Talent Scholars "after being introduced to China,and the problems faced in academic work,the author proposes that the keys to make full use of the talents are creating suitable atmosphere about oversea high-level talent growth research,giving them a relatively free space to develop and creating a healthy and diverse academic environment. |
