Problems And Countermeasures Of Career Planning Education In Secondary Vocational Schools

With the development and progress of education industry,the demand for talents of all kinds of enterprises is becoming more and more diverse,especially the demand for skilled talents is increasing.Under such circumstances,secondary vocational schools have gradually become the main force of talent export and occupy an increasingly important position in the vocational education market.How to give full play to the advantages of this main channel is an important proposition that we need to think over for a long time in career planning education in secondary vocational schools.The reality shows that the root of the vocational career planning education of secondary vocational students lies in the inability to understand and 3locate themselves rationally and to make a scientific career plannings for themselves.This paper analyzes the current status and main problems of career planning education in three secondary vocational schools in Yueyang by questionnaires and interviews,and puts forward corresponding solutions to these problems.The paper mainly includes four parts,first of all,the introduction,elaborated the background,significance and main methods of this study,and analyzed the research situation of career planning education domestic and overseas and the characteristics of domestic and foreign research.Next is the theoretical foundation part.It summarizes the relevant theoretical concepts of career planning education in secondary vocational schools and the necessity of career planning education for secondary vocational school students.Thirdly,the main case analysis part,through the questionnaire survey and interview method,from four aspects of school,teacher,teaching organization and secondary vocational students to analyze the status and effect of Vocational Career Planning Education in three secondary vocational schools in Yueyang.It pointed out that the main problems in Vocational Career Planning Education in secondary vocational schools are that career planning education is not concerned to a certain extent,the related knowledge of career planning education is insufficient,the organizational form of career planning education is not reasonable,and the secondary vocational students are not comprehensive in the career planning education.Then,the main reasons for the problems of Vocational Career Planning Education in secondary vocational schools are analyzed from four aspects:the unsound organization and system,the lack of professional teachers,the light practice of the vocational career planning education,and the weak consciousness of the parents’ career planning education.Finally,we put forward some countermeasures aimed at the existing problems,that is,the society strengthen the management of the vocational career planning education in the secondary vocational schools,the secondary vocational schools attach great importance to the optimization of the career planning education,the teachers pay attention to the improvement of their own professional level and the family pay attention to the establishment of their children’s career planning concept in four aspects.
